Even before we arrived in Florida I was sure that everything was going to be great with the accommodation as the owners were so attentive in the booking process. Even sending an e mail to wish us a great holiday just before we left. Pick up the keys was by visiting the management company situated at the end of the 192 highway. My only mistake was to drive along that busy road. If I was doing it again i'd travel right down the I4 then up the US27 onto the 192. It might look longer on the map but much easier (in my opinion) West Stonebridge is one of the smaller estates on the US27. It doesn't have a huge sign at the entrance and no junction to make a left turn into it if you are heading north on the US27. But making a U turn at the next junction is easy. All the directions supplied by the owner were right on the money. It was no surprise to us that the villa was immaculate. Just exactly as described on the website. Open plan living area with a spacious lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Four comfortable bedrooms all excellent. The master one is huge! The garage was a games room. The pool and air hockey table were a total hit with our teenage boy. Patio doors from the lounge and master bedroom lead to a pool and seating area. The seating area had great shade for retreating out of the sun to read & the Jacuzzi perfect for soothing the sore legs after a long day at the park. The pool was visited at least twice during our stay by "the pool guy" checking it and topping it up etc. TV's in all the bedroom's kept all our party happy as well as wifi. In the immediate area there are 2 Publix super markets both just over 2 miles away and a Walgreen's (Pharmacy) about a mile. Target just south of the US27 / I4 junction. There area few eating establishments close by: Cracker Barrel 1 mile, Applebies 2 miles, McDonalds 3 miles, Chillis 3 miles. Not our preferred options. Take a little bit of an extra drive up onto the 192 and you will find Carabbas, Panera Bread & Chick fil a all about 5 miles away. I would have no hesitation in renting the villa again and would recommend it to my friends. To sum up attentive owners, immaculate villa = great holiday! Thank you

Communiction with the owners prior to booking was very good, fast and helpful. Property was extremely clean and set up in a welcoming manner. Furnishing was very nice and well maintained. Pool area was very nice, though the pool was very cold, despite pool heating, The games room was an added bonus that the whole family enjoyed. Villa is located in a quiet, residential area, wtih a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and Disney parks. We would deifinitely book this villa again.

This villa was beautiful,so homely with lovely furniture and fixtures.the pool area was the best we have had after staying at other villas over the years in Florida.the pictures around the pool area added a lovely touch and the outside furniture was lovely. The pool had sunshine all day long .The villa was exceptionally clean and welcoming as soon as we arrived.Sarah and Gary are excellent to book with and everything went very smoothly. Will be booking this villa again !!!

I cannot say enough positive things about our rental experience. From the intitial contact with the owners to our actual trip to the villa things went very smoothly. The villa is definately as advertised and is well taken care of by the owners and the property management company. I would highly recommend renting this villa for your stay in the Orlando area. We had plenty of space and the pool and spa after a long day at the parks was awesome to come home to at night. Convenient to grocery stores, fast food, and the interstate this villa is a diamond in the rough. We would welcome another stay here in the future.

This gorgeous villa makes a perfect base from which to explore Orlando. A short journey takes you to the main attractions (with Disney being the closest), returning to this quiet, spacious and well-appointed villa for relaxing evenings and restful days by the pool. The Games Room offered plenty of alternative activities besides the joys of the pool. Our family of 2 adults and 3 children (8, 12, 14) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we strongly recomend it as a perfect villa for a family / large size group.

We spent a truly wonderful 3 weeks in this amazing villa! From the moment we drove up the drive we were very impressed by the exterior presentation of beautiful colourful plants & flowers. Very well kept! Inside the villa was just as impressive. Each bedroom was beautiful, with lovely bedding and TVs & radio alarms in all rooms. The bathrooms are also lovely. The sittingroom has a large flat screen TV for those nights in, with a DVD player and a huge choice of TV channels. We had every amenity we could possible want and more. The owners have left nothing out. An abundance of beach towels was a godsend, as we also took a trip to Daytona Beach for a day. The lanai was amazing, with lovely features like towel hooks and quirky pictures all over, not to mention the selection of comfy seating and sun loungers. I think our neighbours were extremely jealous of our villa, as you could clearly see the care and attention to detail given compared to the other pool areas around. The pool was one of our most enjoyable pastimes, from first thing in the morning after breakfast to last thing at night, after a busy day at the parks. Sitting having drinks at night time was lovely as the pool lights up and there are also solar lights all the way around. What a feature! I have to also mention that this villa was IMMACULATE! Each and every part of the villa, inside & out was spotless! The games room was an added bonus during rain showers. I cannot recommend this villa enough to everyone. You will not be disappointed! Thank you sooooo much for making our stay in Florida so luxourious. We will come back again for sure the next time we visit Florida.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely villa. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very spacious. There were just 2 of us staying so we were absolutely spoiled with space but a family of 8 would find the same. We spent a lot of time by the pool, it was very peaceful and had all day sunshine. The location is nice and quiet but still close to all the theme parks, restaurants and shopping malls. We will definitely book again and will recommend to family and friends.

A fabulous villa !!!! Very attractive, very clean, very spacious in fact it's very everything. Lovely pool, with sun all day long, but also has shade area if you want it. Excellent games room, with table tennis, pool and air hockey. Ideal for a large family, two families or just the two of you for a bit of spoil yourself luxury ! Turn left off the estate for large Walmart supermarket. Turn right for close access to interstate 4 ( fast motorway to theme parks ). If you've never been to Florida before you will not be disappointed with this villa. If you have been before this villa is in an area that does not have the congestion of the 192. The photos do not do it justice. All the reviews are rightfully positive. My wife and I loved this villa and thoroughly recommend it.

My family and I recently spent two weeks here and we were not disappointed. The villa was exactly as we imagined it and the perfect place to return after a busy day in the nearby Disney/Universal parks. The villa was lovely and clean with plenty of towels/bedding etc. with all the facilities and amenities we were expecting. We didn't get to spend much time in the games room simply as it was hard to move away from the pool area. Not only would we recommend this Villa to our friends/relatives, we are hoping to return ourself in the not too distant future. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us.

My family all loved this villa, pool, games room and jacuzzi. The sun was on the pool all day long and the jacuzzi was lovely after a lot of walking round theme parks. Very tastefully decorated and clean throughout. Management company also very effiicient. Plenty of towels and pool towels so save the space in your case for more shopping! I would highly recommend it and would love to return one day.

Fantastic Villa

This was our 8th stay in a Florida villa and this villa was one of the best. From walking in the front door everything was perfect, the living room was very spacious with a large flat screen TV and two settees, the bedrooms are a good size all with their own TV, the master bed is huge and very comftable. The games room is good to chill for an hour or so with a pool table, table tennis and an air hockey table. The pool area is nice and big and is south facing so it get's the sun all day long, and in the three weeks we were there we didn't hear a single soul. We love staying on Hwy 27 and this location was perfect, 2 minutes from I 4 and 12/15 from Disney. If you’re looking for a lovely quiet villa then look no further than Smiths Treat.

What can I say, My children 9,11,24 and 25 cried when we left. House was amazing and it had everything and more for the holiday. On arrival it was everything we had expected from the pictures, nicely deocorated, well equiped and so clean and tidy, just like a show house. Plenty of linens and towels available including pool towels. Lots of handy instructions and a file full of local information. The games room was a bonus to keep young and older children entertained.(when they weren't in the pool) After being theme parked out (only 15mins away)it was nice just to chill out in a home from home, swim in the pool and then if you felt like it go to the many restaurants a short drive a way. I will recommend renting this house to all of my friends and family. We will definately be back in the near future!

We used the 'Smiths treat' villa as our holiday home for 3 weeks and it proved to be the ideal base to visit Disney, Universal, Kissimmee and was only just over an hour to Kennedy. This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable and well appointed villa with a fabulous pool (my favourite bit!) which is cleaned and topped up once a week. The central air conditioning keeps the whole place wonderfully cool (it averaged 95 C whilst we were there!), and turns the garage into a great drying room for towels, costumes and washing in general. The fitted telephone was useful for local calls when confirming excursions or looking for a bar showing UK Soccer (try Beef O'Brady's down the road). The bedrooms were spacious with TV's (not that we really had time to use them) and very comfortable beds - especially the master suite which had an enormous comfy bed! Disney is about 30 minutes, slightly longer to Universal, we never had time for Sea World or Busch Gardens (shame - we will have to come back!), downtown Kissimmee is worth a trip on Friday night. We enjoyed the 'Sizzler' Restaraunts for evening meals and Dennys for breakfast (free on your birthday). We had such a wonderful holiday here, the children didn't want to come home! All in all we will definitely rent this villa again when we return to Florida; we absolutley loved the place and the Smith's were a pleasure to deal with. This was our first time renting a house in the Orlando area, we spent 3 nights at the Smith's home celebrating a family reunion and had a wonderful time!! I was impressed with the size of the home, it was well furnished and nicely decorated, there were plenty of linens and towels in every closet. Our children had a blast swimming and playing in the pool all day. The game room was a hit with the adults and children. At the end of the day It was nice coming home and relaxing by the pool, having lots of privacy vs going to a hotel and feeling like another guest. I highly recommend renting this house to any of my friends and family. We will definately be back next year for a whole week!!

WOW!!!! The home was amazing!! Way better in person than the pictures!! My family really enjoyed the home. I'd have to say if we were not at disney world we were at the pool or in the game room.... always busy with fun things to do!!! I would recommend the Smiths treat to anyone visiting/vacationing FL. We had a wonderful holiday, your villa had outstanding facilities and every thing you could think of provided for an enjoyable holiday. The bedrooms were lovely,bathrooms perfect and games room was a big plus for our children(and my husband). The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well looked after and sun loungers perfect after a day walking round theme parks. We would definately stay there again and recommend this villa.

Gorgeous house equipped with the most. first impressions on arrival 100% turned out to last all holiday. Quiet surroundings and short distances to Disney, Wallmart, Publix and nice restaurants like Applebees and Qracker Barrel. Best regards Family of 4 from Norway.

Had a great vacation, house was very clean & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pool and spa were wonderful, my grandson enjoyed the games room. When we arrived we were not disapointed, the pictures shown and description given were true. House was very close to US 4 which takes you to outlet malls and theme parks & US192 which takes you to restaurants, shopping and mini putt. Also close by were grocery stores and Wallmart. Everything you could want in a vacation home. Would definately recommend this house to my friends and family and will certainly book again in the future. Amy & Jim........CANADA

Our stay in your home was most enjoyable. We found it to be clean, cozy and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The pool was used every day except one when it rained. We had a fantastic holiday in Gary and Sarah's beautiful villa in Orlando. The villa was sensational to say the least - and it truly was the icing on the cake to our stay in Florida. The directions from Sanford to the management company was spot on as were the directions to the villa. When we arrived we certainly weren't disappointed! the villa had everthing you could ask for and the pool was perfect for morning, noon and night. The games room was an added bonus. We visited Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Aquatica, Islands of Adventure which were all just a short drive away. The shopping in Orlando is amazing and the villa was a perfect for all the malls and outlets. Restaurants are aplenty especially along the 192 and would highly recommend the Applebees restaurant which is a 5 minute drive from the villa on the US27. Thanks again to Sarah and Gary for sharing their fantastic home. Only one major problem - having to leave x x

Walked into our holiday villa and got the wow factor, we were really impressed with the luxurious villa, which was easily reached from the airport. Everything was spotlessly cleaned and furnished to a high standard. The boys were really impressed with the games room and after long days at the parks or the hottest part of the day it made a brilliant area for them to entertain themselves, while we chilled by the lovely pool area.. Our favourite park was Busch Gardens, worth the drive. Cant wait to go back and would definitely recommend this place to our friends.
