The ninth floor condo has a great view of Crescent Beach. The condo has a nice ensuite master bedroom with a view of the ocean. The second bedroom uses the main condo bath. The kitchen has everything you need for meals. A table in the dining area has seating for four. The condo has lots of shopping and restaurants in this area. We would return and do recommend for a small family or several couples to share. Tom, the owner and the condo staff at Carolina Reef were easy and helpful throughout.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed at this condo and loved it. Very clean and nice.... EVERYTHING. We had plenty of room, we cooked and liked that we had such a great view of the ocean. We brought my grandmother on this trip and she loved it. I can say how thankful and greatful we were to get the condo during the Holiday. We will be staying with you guys again. It was beautiful and we loved it.

Girls weekend

Our girls weekend was amazing, the view was absolutely stunning and Deb kept us well stocked with shampoo and such that we needed, even let us use some beach chairs at no extra charge, everything looked as it did in the picture and our stay couldn't have been better, other than some of the girls having to leave early for a family emergency.. :( Lost a whole day at the beach, but hopefully we will get to go back and we will stay there again! Thanks!!!

The unit was as pictured as was the beach. My niece and I wanted to get away to a beach and read ... That is exactly what we did. The beach in front of the unit was uncrowded every day of our stay. We would look down the beach in front of the hotels and it appeared there were so many people it would have been hard to squeeze another one in. BUT on "our" beach there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The unit itself was very comfortable (especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony having our morning coffee and at night before bed). I would definitely rent this unit again were I to return to Myrtle Beach.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

Ultimate relaxation

Very much enjoyed the location and the condo... the 9th floor is like being perched on top of the world, but with easy access to the ocean. Cool breezes while watching the day start and all day long. The condo has all the important amenities and a few nice additions, such as the LCD television, great tiled floors, and comfy beds. Nothing is so fancy that you feel like you have to tiptoe around, but nothing too basic either. The bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was clean and tidy. The housekeeping fee is reasonable, and Debbie keeps you well supplied with paper products if you stop by the office. Be sure to take some treats for the little poodle, Miss Scarlett. The beach area is about a half mile north of the main busy area, and well south of the Cherry Grove(?) pier. So it's quiet and at the same time, things are fairly close. Be sure to eat at the Golden Griddle pancake house. El Cerro Grande is about 2.5 miles south on Hwy 17 and very good Mexican food. Wilmington is about an hour away, and the Battleship North Carolina is worth a visit (on a cool day!!). The pier is well worth $2 per person for a couple hours walk, or several hours of fishing (costs extra if fishing). The beach is great for biking and walking and at night, with a flashlight, catching sand crabs is great fun. There are plenty of great pawn shops, antique stores, and flea markets to keep everyone busy and having fun on a rainy day. And even a few bargains! My grandson found himself a very nice guitar and case, so he will always remember Myrtle Beach. Maybe when he has kids, they'll even go there!...

Wonderful Condo!

My family and I stayed at this condo June 23-30th, 2012. It is exactly as pictured and very clean.We never had an issue finding a parking spot at the building which has been a big problem in the past at other rental properites The beach in front of the unit was never crowded. The pool and hot tub were always clean. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Be sure to bring your own towels and wash cloths. If you're looking for a condo to rent in North Myrtle, this is it!

An Enjoyable Visit

My wife and I and a friend stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The owner was fabulous to do business with. We found the unit to be better than described. It is situated on the top floor, corner unit, of a 9-story building overlooking the ocean, right on a wide section of beach with immaculate sand. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. One bedroom has two walls of windows with views of the ocean. A balcony overlooks the beach. This is a great section of North Myrtle beach. Will most certainly be back.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was perfect for 3 ladies to shop & get together for a little sun!....Since the condo was on the 9th floor (top) and end unit...it had awesome views of North Myrtle beach. It was close to all the shopping and great restaurants too! We felt the price was great and the people taking care of the complex were very nice and helpful! Thanks and hope to see you again soon! Tom, we absolutely loved your condo. I went with my daughter and my 6mo old grandaughter. I loved the bedroom setup and the condo was very clean which is very important. The lady who brought towels (Ruby) was very nice also. My granddaughter loved the ocean and especally loved the salt water and the waves. It was a wonderful vacation and thank you for asking.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo during the Memorial Holiday weekend. Big plus, a beachfront condo and great hospitality of the staff! Great condo for our little family--clean with most needed amenities. Our toddler had a great time in the pool and hot tub and it sure beat being crammed together in a little hotel room. Beautiful view of the ocean from all windows and the balcony. Quiet, never heard the neighbors. Fast elevator and no trouble finding parking this time of year. Beach was fairly uncrowded and the water was perfect. Thanks Tom!

You will love this place. It is exactly as you see in the pictures. We three sisters had a great time celebrating 3 milestone birthdays and fell in love with the view and Tom's unit. It is updated, very clean and beachy looking. Tom is such a gracious host and helped us get things all set up. If you like an uncrowded beach this is it!! Dining tip: for great fried soft shell crabs dine at Captain Nances in Calabash, yum yum!!

We just got back in town today, as always we really enjoyed our time in MB and as alwys your condo was amazing. The new management company was also very nice and cooperative. To those of you thinking about renting from Tom (and family) all we can say is that you will not be dissapointed. Tom is great to work with and the place is perfect - clean, great views, and nicely decorated. We'll see you next year!

Loved it! The convenience to/from the beach with children for naps and meals is great. The literal "birds' eye view" is phenominal with pelicans and cranes flying right by the deck. Perfect beach accomodations...sand, shower, bed. And with the added bonus of the homey touches, makes 901 a great retreat!

Tom, I thoroughly enjoyed my three months in North Myrtle Beach. The weather for the most part excellent, my golf game improved steadily after a disastrous start (went from a high of 119 to a low of 87), and I met some very nice fellow-Snowbirds both from the States and Canada, some of whom I will see again next winter. Your condo is great -- nicely furnished, comfortable, very quiet, and the views of the beach are awesome.

Mr. Porter, I am so glad to find you are managing your condo! I was one of the 1st to rent after you acquired it. It is a great place to stay and, at the time, was a healer of exhaustion! I simply sat on the balcony and let the tide carry my pain away. I enjoyed it numerous times after the initial visit and have had many happy times there. However, it is such a great condo, it wasn't long until the word was out and I have had trouble just getting a date to stay! I hope to find some dates to stay there again soon, hopefully even some long term. You have decorated the condo in such a pleasing way. It is classy, easy to maintain, relaxing and a great place to have fun & laughter with friends, grandkids, & family! You have "done yourself proud" with your condo! It also sounds like you are enjoying managing it! Thanks for creating such a great place to enjoy the beach!

What a vacation!! We didn't want to leave! We were very impressed with the accomodations. Very clean and decorated nicely. Quiet too! Tom was wonderful to work with and the realty company was very friendly. I loved how close the walk to the beach was, and my boys enjoyed the hot tub immensely. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Tom, just a few notes for your future vistors: Very nice place. EXCELLENT view of the beach and ocean(as described on vbro), very clean and well maintained, and close to several attractions. (Bare Foot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Alligator Farm, etc.) You could not ask for a better host than Tom. He does anything he can to make your stay enjoyable. Tom, Your condo was gorgeous, we loved the lay out immensly. The view was fantastik,In most hotels you never have enough space, we had ample space and it was just homey, the condo buidling itself was very clean and our group plans on calling you when we need a place to stay if available. Tom, We had a great trip. The best thing about the condo was the well equipped kitchen. We are usually pretty lazy when we vacation at the beach. We don't go out for many meals, if any. It was great having a nice kitchen to cook in.

Hi Tom, Yes we all had a very nice trip and really enjoyed the use of your condo. This was the first time my sisters and I had been able to vacation together for several years due to our work schedule also my Mom truly enjoyed the trip being able to have her a place to be comfortable was really important and your home is very nice and comfortable.

We had a very nice relaxing time in Myrtle Beach. Your condo is very nice and we enjoyed beautiful views of the ocean. Also, it is a great place to get very pretty shells. We went to the brick oven pizza restaurant. We all had a good meal! We found a great local restaurant on Main Street called Hoskins. The food is good and the price is reasonable. Try it your next trip. Again, we had a great time and plan to visit again!! Take care of those twins! They will be grown in no time.

I just wanted to say what a great time we had at your condo in Myrtle Beach. The ocean was wonderful, now I am spoiled for NJ. The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony were great, could even watch the fireworks. It was nicely decorated in a beach theme and everything you needed was there. I rarely go back to the same place twice, but in this case I would definitely go back to M.B.and rent your condo again. My husband, daughter and her husband also loved it.....

This condo was great! It was just like home. The views were fantastic and it was so peaceful and quiet. I could sit on the balcony for hours watching the people on the beach and listening to the ocean. There is nothing like it for relaxation. We loved our week at the beach and the condo was wonderful! Beautifully decorated and clean and even smelled good! It was so quiet, we never heard a peep from anyone else in the building...I guess since it is the corner unit on the top floor. That made it so peaceful and more like a house than a condo. My family and I were extremely impressed with the accommodation at 901,Carolina Reef.The views were spectacular and we found the location to be very convenient. One never knows for sure when booking sight unseen but we hit the jackpot here. I would most definitely recommend 901 as a great place to spend a vacation and we surely will revisit in future.

Can't believe our month in Myrtle Beach is almost over. The weather has been so so but we enjoyed the comfort of the condominium. We were really suprised by the welcome gift from the owners - nice touch. Tom was great to work with. No issues or problems at all. Hopefully we'll be able to make it back later this year. Recommend this condo and Tom to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

Everything went fine, we had a wonderful time. Just wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was perfect for the four of us and really convenient to everything. We will definitely keep your place in mind for future visits to Myrtle Beach. The concert was excellent. The House of Blues is a great place to see a show. I'm sure we'll be back for more! I can't think of anything that needs improvement, and you did a nice job on the remodel. Looks really nice! Thanks so much.

We really enjoyed our weekend in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was comfortable and clean and everything was in excellent condition. Tom was also great to work with. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise each morning. The view from the top floor is really something! We definitely recommend this location if you are looking a place in North Myrtle Beach and we’ll be back again next year! Thanks.

I searched for a long time to find oceanfront accomodations that had at least 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and was affordable. I couldn't have been happier to finally come across this condo. The owner (Tom) was extremely nice and easy to work with. The condo is in a great location and we loved it. The interior was beautiful, the furniture comfortable, and the view was incredible. It is a end unit on the top floor so you have more privacy and no noise. I would highly recommend this condo and plan on renting it again on my next trip to Myrtle Beach.
