About the owner: My wife and three boys live in Statesville, NC. I am the Associate Pastor of a church and my wife work for Lancome.
Why the Owner Chose Tilghman Lakes:
We bought this property from my wifes parents so this property is like 'part of the family'. We love our little get away home and think you will as well. It has a real cozy and comfortable feel to it. We wanted a property that had a feeling of a home, as opposed to a hotel room. You can drive right up and walk right in without having to find a parking space or get on an elevator.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our unit has a back porch that overlooks the pool area as well as a beautiful lake which backs up to the Surf Golf Club. What we like so much is that we are right next to the pool, which makes it so easy as we have 3 children. It's also just steps across the street to get on the beach. All of the bedrooms have cable TV, free wifi, and the kitchen if fully equipped. Each building in Tilghman Lakes has 4 condos, 2 on top and 2 on the bottom. Our unit is on the top and my sister owns the unit right beside ours so we could rent you both units (6 BR total) if hers is available.
