About the owner: This house belongs to the Kohly family as a second home and was gutted and completly renovated with love of the Florida Keys and keeping in mind that it would be a family home. Gene Kohly is a builder of high end custom homes for over 33 years and also has a real estate license. His wife Elizabeth is the decorator for many of these homes and chooses all colors and furnishings. This house is used for family purposes when it is not rented.
