This condo is located on the 4th floor of the Beach Club of Marco Condominium (@1/2 mile south of the Marriott). My rates INCLUDE all taxes and cleaning. It is a very spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. (700 sq ft + 200 sq ft lanai). It is directly across from the beach but has it's own private beach access and boardwalk. No other condos have this luxury. From the front door to the beach it's a 3 minute walk. The building is a 4 story complex and you are on the top floor and you overlook the pool and have a slight view of the Gulf. The bed is a king size and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper as well, the unit accommodates 4 people. There are tvs/VCR/DVDs in the bedroom and the living room. The unit has a full kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, all dishes, pot, pans, silverware, and much more. The unit has a view of the gulf and has it's own private beach access as stated before. In the unit you have access to beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella. From the screened in lanai you overlook the pool and can see the Gulf. The unit also has free WiFi and covered parking.

Great spot for 2 weeks at Marco Island for 2 people. Short walk to beach across the street (couple of minutes). Pleasant pool with plenty of chairs and some shade. One bedroom/one bath condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and beach chairs, linens, etc. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and great weather. Wide beach, sandy. Reserved parking under building. Owner was great to work with and responsive to questions.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.
