We believe we have created a welcoming & comfortable family, child-friendly home. The accommodation is flexible with its five bedrooms (three en-suite) & four bathrooms.
Fully Air Conditioned, Open Plan, Light & Spacious, Cathedral Ceilings with Ceiling Fans, Large Kitchen, Quaility Bedding.
Situated next to the wonderful fragrant orange grove with South Facing Pool/Spa & Open Views.
Kitchen/Nook has views overlooking the orange grove, it comes fully equipped with everything you would expect in a gourmet kitchen.
Three master bedrooms each situated in a corner of the villa for your privacy. Bed sizes - 2 American kings, 1 American queen, 4 twin/singles, plus a queen-size pull-out bed and cot.
Games Room with Full Size Slate Pool Table, Darts, Air Hockey etc.
All Bed linen, Towels, Baby Crib, High Chair, 4 Hairdryers are provided.
We have Many Upgrades which we feel will add to your Enjoyment and Comfort of this luxury vacation home.
The Fully Screened Lanai, Private Pool/Spa Area is South Facing with Open Views to the rear & an orange grove to the side. It is a peaceful & tranquil setting to sit back, relax, and enjoy.
Orange Tree community has Tennis & Basketball Courts, a soccer pitch & 2 childrens tot lot's all for your use FREE of charge.
Orange Tree is surrounded by orange groves, it is a tranquil community yet not far from all the Major Theme Parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Ease of access to all attractions. Local shops, Resturants, Fast Food and shopping areas close by.

Why the Owner Chose Orlando
We took great care in choosing where to have a vacation home, once we found Orange Tree we knew we had found the perfect place for us. We wanted Space, South Facing Pool/Spa area, NOT to be overlooked or back to back with other vacation homes. Close enough to the Theme Parks etc, yet far enough away at the same time. We were patient and waited for the RIGHT Lot, finally we were rewarded. We carefully choose our home and Pool/Spa design, furniture, fabrics, style etc, attention to detail was very important. We constantly upgrade and replenish items to maintain it to a good standard for ourselves and our guests. With a good local Management Company close to hand.
