You have one mile of your own quiet family beach, it's a dedicated beach. Nothing can ever be built on this beach, no motels, condos, etc. since the homeowners hold the title to the beach. The sea turtles still lay their eggs on this beach!
In the heart of the Miracle Mile, this vacation home is within walking distance of many restaurants, arcades, miniature golf, go cart tracks, shopping, etc.
