Quiet and beautiful water directly in front of a comfortable vacation home make this 800-metre property a great vacation destination in Korcula, Croatia with years of past satisfied renters.
Our 135-square-meter three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is directly on the sea in Tri Zala (Three Bays), less than three kilometers west of Korcula’s old town. From a quiet road, you exit down steps along terraced gardens to the home. You enter on the main floor into the kitchen (including dishwasher), and toward the sea are a living room and bedroom; a bathroom is to the side.
Outside the bedroom and living room is a 35-square meter terrace with a splendid 180-degree sweeping view of the ocean. The water in front is the Peljesac Channel across to the Sveti Ilija mountain (961 meters high) on the Peljesac Peninsula connection to the Croatian mainland.
Upstairs are another two bedrooms (one has two single beds; the other a double bed) with parquet wood floor and a second full bathroom. Below the main house is another large living room area with a small kitchen and small toilet and another terrace in front. Your own private stairs from this level lead to another level of land and then directly to the Adriatic. The waterfront here and across almost all of Korcula is rocky, but the crystal-clear water is easily entered from a small dock on the property. Traditional stone, flowers and plants decorate the property and extras include a large outdoor grill, a washing machine and many corners for relaxation.
The house is rented in its entirety and no one else will be there during your stay. Although a few islanders rent houses directly on the water, most subdivide the space inside.

"I would say the vacation was bellissima (very beautiful), the house just as I imagined it, isolated from chaos, on the sea with wonderful terraces. We did not suffer from heat because of the the translucent sea and stupendous temperatures because of the constant winds. The house is well equipped with everything and very functional. Tereza and Alinka (cleaning woman) were always very nice with us; please send them our regards. We also took care of the garden, watering it and pulling out some weeds. Thanks for the chance to have a wonderful vacation. We have been regenerated mentally and physically."

“My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at your property on Korcula along with several other members of our family. The view, location, and home itself are fantastic. The view from the upper deck could and perhaps should be on a postcard….I was more than content to enjoy long days in the deck furniture with a good book. My wife and I spent a total of 18 days in Croatia, and the time we spent at your property was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing. Your quite fortunate to have such a retreat and you've inspired my wife and I to begin searching for a vacation home of our own. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would recommend your property to others. We talk of visiting Korcula again in the next few years, in which case we would certainly look into renting your property again.”

"We loved it. It totally met and exceeded our expectations. We loved meeting Tereza and Ivana and their family. Ivan even gave my daughter a windsurfing lesson, which was really fun.... Tereza also shared a pair of tickets to the Sword Dance with us -- very nice! Again, we loved the placed and hope to be able to stay there longer next time."

"All of us met in Korcula, in your beautiful house. We loved everything about it. It was perfect for our family, we spent most of the time on the beach and on the upper terrace. The home and the gardens were very much to our liking. All the decor, colors, layout, furniture... it was all so "perfect" and functional. The sea was clean and clear and the weather served us well ( wouldn't mind a bit cooler nights...) We enjoyed gathering on the terrace in the afternoons, playing scrabble and watching surfers zooming in the distance, with (the island) Mulic "in their way". (House custodian) Tereza and her son Ivan were very friendly and helpful. Congratulations to you for owning such a treasure you certainly can be proud."
