Advance rental payment of 50% of total rental amount is due within 7 days of booking. Reservation not confirmed until this is received. Remaining balance due 45 days prior to check-in date. If check-in is less than 45 days, total rental payment is due within 3 days. If check-in less than 10 days, full payment due immediately.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Rates do not include taxes of 12.75%. Optional travel insurance available at 6.75%. Pet fee (if pet in rental) of $100 + tax for extra cleaning required.
