  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was my mothers 86th birthday and was wanting to surprise her with a nice weekend getaway. The location was great easily accessible to restaurants and to downtown. Not pleased at all with the furniture..... Sofa was too low for a young adult not comfortable at all for an elderly person. We had to vacuum the carpet. My niece has allergies and it didn't look like the furniture had been dusted in a long time. Please get some more updated furniture and better mattresses. Overall we made the best of it but I was very dissatisfied with the upkeep and appearance of the condo except for the kitchen it was nice! Please improve the furniture (especially in the LR and BR(s) and make sure the condo is thoroughly clean for your guests.

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and it was a nice and roomy space but the bed was absolutely awful. We woke up during the night hurting and woke up every morning stiff and aching. So even though the condo was nice, we won't stay in that unit again because the bed was so bad and the aches and pains of sleeping in it made the stay less than what we'd hoped. Also, we had a couple of issues to report to the office. I called them twice but never got a response from them even though we were there for a week. This made me very uncomfortable and I will be watching my credit card bill very closely until everything clears to make sure that nothing extra was charged to my account. (A dining room chair was broken upon check in, which was what I reported in the voice mail. Since you're responsible for damage to the unit, I'm afraid I'll be charged even though the chair was broken before we arrived.) I would have really appreciated a call so that I could have spoken to a person, not a recorder, to make sure everything was okay.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had trouble getting my code to unlock the door.I called several times and got the answer machine. I was able to get in 2 hrs.after check in time! The pull out couch sleeper was broke !!

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a nice place to stay, great location from where all the action was, and it was clean and tighty. I would have to say the only issues we had was that we only received two towels so the inconvenience of washing the towels over and over during our stay was kind of time consuming. The beds were lumpy and caved in so they weren't the most comfortable to sleep in. I say that our stay was overall ok, knowing that we didn't spend much time in the rental.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My fiancee and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Gatehouse Condos. I was initially hesistant to believe that the condo would look exactly like the pictures, but it did. We were really pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the condo. Also, it was conviently located to downtown Gatlinburg and a grocery store (which was a plus!). We definitely would recommend this property to a friend. Since returning we have been raving about our experience. For those couples and families that want the Gatlinburg experience but don't want to be in the wilderness this is route for you.
