Looking for a great place to vacation at the beach? Check out our beautiful pier home in Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, a private gated community with 24 hour security. We have four beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, large softball field, volleyball court,bocce court,horseshoes and lots of walking space. There is also a playground for small children. The village is located on approximately 180 acres. NEW FOR THIS YEAR is a FITNESS CENTER. However, there is a charge per person per week. ($25.00). Open 5:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. each day.
Our home features two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, both with tub and shower. Master bedroom has a KING size bed, guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a double air mattress, living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Also, our home offers a nice kitchen with all the comforts of home. We also offer a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, dining room table and lots more!!
Three color TV's with cable, VCR, DVD and CD player,HAVE ALSO ADDED "ROADRUNNER" (lite) INTERNET SERVICE for your COMPUTER. We have a large bar with bar chairs. Our den area is very large and comfortable.
Also, we have a large side deck on the home with table, chairs, umbrella overlooking the village. There is also a Gas Barbecue Grill for your convenience. This area is a nice restful and peaceful place after spending the day at the beach or at one of our two pools. We offer two pools, one is outdoors and the other one is enclosed and heated. They both offer kiddie pools.
Our home is located one to two minutes to the pools and approximately three minutes to the beach by golf cart. The home is located at number 2015 Bittern Dr.
A GOLF CART is provided for easy access to the pools and the beach with private beach parking. Restrooms are located in parking lot. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE and have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE to operate the golf cart.(THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS)
We ask that you provide your own paper products, We provide the linens,towels,(no beach towels) however, if you would like to bring your own linens or towels that is your ask that you leave the home in the condition that you found it since there is NO MAID SERVICE.
There is parking for four vehicles under the home. We also have BEACH CHAIRS for your convenience. We ask that you smoke on the deck or carport area only.

We only rent to families. We rent our home from Saturday to Saturday.
