This wonderful house is located three miles northwest of Old Town Park City. The house is situated across the highway from The Canyons ski resort. IT HAS GREAT VIEWS OF CANYON SKI RESORT! You can WALK TO THE FREE SKI LIFT!!
The house comes completely furnished with central air conditioning! (all new furniture and bedding) with a out door hot tub and is in great condition! It has a rustic feeling with a lot of pine wood and molding as well as pine furniture. The house is two stories and 3000 square feet. There are two Queen beds, a bunk bed that sleep 3 and six twins beds (two can be put together to make a king).
The house is a great summer and winter rental. There is a new golf course going in across the street and others are located within three miles of the house.
Let me give you a layout of the beds. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The bedroom next to the master bedroom has bunk beds. Downstairs there is a room that has two twin beds. There is another bedroom that has two twin beds. The last bedroom has a queen size bed.

We found the house comfortable, with plenty of room and amenities, in a quiet location. The propery in a little older, and it could use some upgrading - there was a leaky faucet downstairs, and one outlet in the kitchen that didn't work consistently. Also, the deck needed a clean-up - there were beer bottles and used cigars left out there. I would question the "walk to the lifts" statement - that would involve running with your ski equipment across a very busy highway. However, none of this ruined our good time - we enjoyed ourselves and felt that, for the quite inexpensive price, we definitely got our money's worth! I would consider staying there again.
Owner response:Since this review house has been updated. Also, a stop light was put in to cross over to the Canyons Ski Resort.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Stayed in the home from Jan 7th to the 15th. Found the house to be clean, well stocked and in a fantastic location. Steve checked is in and made sure everything was ok. Hot tub and TV were added bonuses. For those who like to ski multiple mountains this house is great because you are right across the street from the canyons and avoid the traffic of Park City if you head over to Alta or Brighton or the other Canyon Mountains. We will definitely stay there again.
