Additional information about rental rates
Confirmation of reservation will be given after management has received initial payment of 50% of total rental rate.
Payment can be made by personal check, business check or money order. 50% of the total rental rate is due at booking. The remaining 50% and the refundable security deposit in the amount of $250 are due 7 business days before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded after inspection if no damages to the property has occurred.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
You will be quoted a price for the amount of days you will be staying which will include cleaning fees as well as taxes.
You will also be asked to place with the management firm a security deposit of $250 which will be returned if there are no damages to the property.
