This Townhome is situated on the Shoreline Towers Beachfront resort property. Watch our video to get a virtual tour of the home. The Townhome is set back next to the pool and backs up to the reflection lake. There are NO ROADS to cross. The property has a 500 ft beachfront area directly on the Gulf. The beach has been restored in 2013 to extend far into the Gulf giving guests more area to set up there beach chairs and umbrellas. The Townhome is perfect for the travelers who like a spacoius unit (1700+ sq feet) to stretch out in. Unlike a cramped condo you have to navagate stairs and hallways, the Townhome door is only 20 feet from your reserved parking spot. The Townhome has 2 bedrooms. The Master has a King size bed with TV. It also has it's own bathroom and shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds as well as a bathroom with tub and shower. There is a Flat screen in the room. Both bedrooms have balconys overlooking the lake. On the main floor the spacious living area is vaulted 20 feet for a open feeling complete with a fireplace. The dining area and living room both have a patio outside overloking the lake. The beach is accessable by walking across the parking lot to the beach walkover. Fully equipt kitchen is full sized with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, stove and oven and of couse the refrigerator. There is a patio off the kitchen as well. The laundry facilities are located off the kitchen and feature full sized machines to make the task easier. Entertainment center in living area with Smart TV capable of streaming movies, music and more. DVD and Cable. If being directly on the Gulf with a view is not important, the Townhome is the best chioce. Close parking, home like space, short walk to the pool, walk out the patio doors onto a lawn instead of a restrictive balcony. Small children enjoy fishing in the lake. Policies & Procedures
Reservation Policy: $400 rental deposit which is applied against your rental stay, is required. Total rent for stay and a one time departure cleaning fee is due thirty days prior to arrival. All rates are subject to applicable Florida state and county taxes.
Rental Payment Policy: Final rental payments are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, traveler's checks, bank money orders, credit card or personal check with proper identification.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $400.00 will be held with the credit card number on file. Your card will be charged only if damage or theft occurs.
Minimum Night Charge: Three night minimum charge required. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will not be honored, and will be subject to loss of entire deposit and rent paid. Five night minimum during Spring Break. See notations above for each date range.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to no refund of the deposit unless the space is resold. Neither early departure nor late arrival warrants a refund or discount.
Eviction Policy: Reservations obtained under false pretenses will not be honored, and will subject to loss of entire deposit and rent paid. Certain other restrictions may apply over holiday periods.
No-Show Policy: In the event the renter fails to cancel their reservation and does not show, a maximum fee of 3 nights rental will be charged in addition to the loss of the $400 security deposit.
Registration Policy: No one under the age of 25 is allowed to rent a unit. Each unit must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 25, and they must be residing in the unit for the duration of the stay. Occupancy is limited to: 2 Bedroom - 6 persons / 3 Bedroom - 8 persons.
Disclosure: We reserve the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to reassign a unit other than the unit reserved. Every attempt will be made to provide a substitute unit of like kind and quality.
Pet Policy: Shoreline Towers Association Realty has a NO PET policy.
