The second floor accommodation, The Hoku, meaning star in Hawaiian is where modern classic glamour meets a touch of romantic shabby chic. Magnificent ceilings soar nine feet high where skylights fill the space with sunshine. Spectacular views of the white sandy beach & the deep blue Pacific Ocean unfurls beyond the horizon. Fresh island breezes and calming rhythms of the surf wash over you as you lounge on the private balcony.
Walk down to your private trail for a stroll along the shore. The ocean beckons you in for a dip. After a playful day, frolicking in the ocean, you then retreat to the extravagantly spacious bathroom fitted with luxurious Azul Bahia granite countertop, chrome fixtures & honey quarts wash basin. Pamper yourself in the private spa environment of the steam shower enclosure, whirlpool tub, rain shower & with full body sprays.
So divine is The Hoku that dinning in is mostly preferred. Collect your own organic herbs and edible flowers from our garden to create delectable culinary delights. Fire up the outdoor BBQ for grilling or cook gourmet in your full service kitchenette equipped with top-of-line appliances, custom designed cabinets' quartzite sparkling counter top & hammer copper sink. Dine on your private balcony watching the sunset. As the moonshines silver on the inky ocean and stars fill, the night sky you will discover the perfect slumber nestled in the king size bed cocoon in sumptuous linens & pillows. To insure perfect romantic snuggling temperature should the island trade winds subside, The Hoku has a top of the line air conditioning for your comfort.
Should you need to divert your attention from watching palm trees in the tropical manicured landscape swaying in the breeze, humpback whales exhaling sprays of briny mist & turtle’s swimming in the ocean for a different form of entertainment but don’t want to venture from The Hoku. Surf the internet using free Wi-Fi, watch a movie on the flat screen television or pick one from our DVD library, listen to music on the Bose CD system with iphone, itouch docking station, play a game on Xbox 360 or PS3 system. Forgot your laptop, a Mac Book Pro can be made available for your use. Need to print out the novel you just completed while staying here, the in room printer, copier & scanner is at your disposal.
The Hale Grandiflora is not just a place for peaceful relaxation there are a variety of ocean toys provided for you during your stay, body boards, surfboards, 2 stand up paddleboards, 1&2 person Kayak, snorkels & fishing gear. New to ocean sports, lessons are available for a fee just 5 minute walk from Hale Grandiflora.
Renewed & relaxed you may find you need to express your creative energies through art. Artist kits of acrylic paints, paintbrushes, small stretched canvas with easel are available for your use for a small fee.
Additional services for a fee are available such as private concierge package, on-site massage, and private party planning.

Dave and Denise, We loved our stay your beach house. The suite was impeccable and every comfort was taken care of. We have stayed at many places in the Hawaiian Islands and yours is our new favorite. The property is exceptional and the white sand beach perfect. The surf was the best part. Dave is super knowledgeable on the local breaks and constantly gave updates on surf conditions and forecasts. Without his help we would have missed out on some epic surf sessions. We truly found the right balance of surf and relaxation. We can't wait to plan our next trip and this will be on the top of our list of places to return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Neither my wife nor i had ever been to Hawaii and Hale Grandiflora more than fulfilled our fantasies. It is truly Beach Front on Oahu's famous North Shore, so the view of the Pacific is unobstructed and there are waves to catch right out the door. The location along the Kamehameha Highway is right between the little towns of Hale'iwa and Waimea and we used their bikes most of the time and that made going to other beaches, the grocery stores, other shopping, and a local Farmer's Market really fun. Add to that the flowers and other flora that adorn the place and it makes the exterior experience awesome!! As for the interior it was really nice that it is brand new, very clean, and nicely decorated. I am telling all of our friends to put a stay there on their bucket list for sure.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We are hesitant to expound too profusely on how wonderful this place is because we want to come back in the near future and we don't want to fight the crowds for availability. David and Denise have done a terrific job with their vacation rental suite and are excellent hosts. The place is new and impeccably designed and decorated with every creature comfort imaginable, they have thought of everything. It has the most dramatic setting, literally on one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii! We have always loved Maui and Kauai, but this is our new favorite spot. The beach is perfect for any and all water sports and virtually private. The location is convenient to everything on the North Shore and beats staying in a hotel by a long shot. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys quality and cleanliness.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Our stay here was a dream come true. From the beautiful decor of the room to the picturesque views and sound of the ocean. Everyday was a relaxing oasis in paradise. Even when we chose to stay in the room and relax to spot whales and sea turtles during a meal from the veranda, every second was a relaxing eye pleasing vacation. Your accommodations and hospitality come second to none! Thank you so much for opening your doors to us. We hope we will be able to come again and make your home our paradise away from home. Denise & David, We had a wonderful stay at the Hale Grandiflora. We enjoyed every minute of Hawaii and the ocean, we had the most comfortable visit. You both are the best host! That made our stay even better and more fun!! I am very grateful of meeting such a hospitable and beautiful soul persons like you both! That's mostly reason why me and Jay felt like home here, even though I am so far from it! Thanks to our stay at the Hale Grandiflora I had the best trip ever! The Hoku Suite is an outer island retreat, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pro's: All the amenities and comfort of a five star minus the hustle and bustle of the other guest. -Outrageous beach front views.( We saw our first whales of the winter playing about 50 yards offshore) -Very clean and comfortable. -Five minute drive to Haleiwa Town. -Gorgeous very long white sandy beach ( perfect for a morning run or shell hunting) Cons: No children allowed. Would have loved to have brought our son, But made us take a much needed mommy and daddy getaway. - A Jewel on the North Shore of Oahu! -Lucky for us it is only a 30 minute plane ride from Maui. We've already booked our next stay! Thank you again Denise & David.
