Benhavis - the gourmet capital of the Costal del Sol with dozens of low price restaurants is only 10 minutes. The local markets of Puerto Banus on Sat, Marbella on Mon are not to be missed. Why the Owner Chose San Pedro de Alcantara
We bought this vacation apartment because we simply fell in love with the place. The space, the tropical gardens, the sound of the birds singing, the peace and tranquillity of the place. I The apartment itself is so spacious and fully furnished. It is home away from home. We like the feeling of security knowing that there is 24 hour security. We like the freedom of being on the ground floor and we can walk right out into the garden and over to one of the pools. We visit as often as possible and play golf at Atalaya and El Paraiso close by in winter time and we love to play in Alcaidesa in summer time because it's by the sea and the sea breeze keeps us cool. We have become friends with several of the owners and that is great too.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
I love to sit under a palm tree and read a book. I love to walk in the tropical gardens and swim in the pool. I love to lie in the sunshine and experience the peaceful bliss. I love to walk on the prominade each morning and visit the beach bars for lunch. I love the restaurants in the evenings and the night life in Puerto Banus. I love to play golf on the local golf courses of Atalaya, El Paraiso and Los Flamingos.

This apartment is owned by Brian and Marion Dunne. We came here on holiday and simply fell in love with the place and decided to buy. We live in Ireland where the climate is not so good so we love Spain for the sunshine. When we retire in some years time we hope to spend more time at La Cartuja.
