Jim and Pam, Thank you so much for your lovely vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your home was set up with everything we could have possibly needed, and beautifully decorated on top of that. We hope to come back again in the near future so we'll stay in touch! The cherry cobbler was an added treat! Thank you!!

This spot is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with our brother. The Dry Falls was really neat to see and walk behind. We appreciate you "opening this home" for us to stay. Even sitting on the porch and rocking was pleasant. :) Thank you very much!

The house is awesome! It is very cozy and peaceful and the history of it is so interesting. It is a place where family and friends can come together to share love and laughter (we did!). We express our gratitude to you both for opening your home to us. On our next stay we’ll enjoy looking back in your “book of memories” at the great times that were shared by all. Thank you again!

About the owner: Jim and Pam Rogers, The Old Campbell Farm's owners, are lifetime residents of Franklin. In fact, Jim's family has been farming in the Iotla Valley since 1879.
Why the Owner Chose Franklin:
The Old Campbell Farm actually is part of the Rogers' larger 350-acre working farm where they specialize in growing Angus cattle and timber. The meadow at the Old Campbell Farm produces hay each year for their cattle herd. But more importantly, restoring and preserving The Old Campbell Farm, a truly wonderful historical treasure, has been a privilege and a pleasure!
The Unique Benefits at this Farmhouse:
Whether you stay for a weekend, a week, or a month, The Old Campbell Farm can be home base to explore everything from Dollywood in nearby Pigeon Forge, Tennessee to the Biltmore House in Asheville, North Carolina. Go hiking in the Smokies, bicycle riding on marked trails and paved routes, motorcycle riding on challenging mountain roads, and strolling along the country lane that leads to the Farm. After dinner (or supper, as we say in the mountains) sit on the screened porch or take a walk in the meadow to catch the last light of day and perhaps a glimpse of a doe and her fawn.
