The apartment was nice and as shown in the pictures. Lots of room, it's on in a great spot at the end of the complex. You basically have your private little apartement and its easy to forget your in an apartment complex. This was my first time staying in a place other than a hotel. We did have an issue at the end but everything was worked out rather quickly.

I'm part of a cycling team and we needed a place for 6 guys to stay for a weekend event. This apartment was more than enough space for us and Steve was very accommodating; a great guy! It is a first-floor unit, which was great for loading/unloading. The rear deck is spacious, and the front deck/porch is almost as large; both have outdoor furniture for lounging. The kitchen is good sized, and there is a table that will easily seat 6 adults, which was great with all the laptops, food, magazines, and everything else that got placed there for the weekend. Living room is modest, and would've been tough to fit 6 guys, but dining area is right next to it and we all had a comfortable spot to sit. We'll be back next year!

This apartment was very spacious and clean. It is very accessible from downtown weaverville, within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting outside on one of two terraces. Steve, the apartment manager, is one of the nicest people we've ever met. So very helpful and kind. Anything you need to make your stay more pleasant, he will do his best to accommodate you. We have never experienced this kind of attention at any previous rental or hotel. We would not give it a second thought about booking a future vacation at your rental. Thank you so very much. This apt has 2 big bedrooms, lots of closet space, big well-stocked kitchen, even the plastic wrap. There are 2 baths, lots of towels. Washer /Dryer. Big dining area with table for 6. 2 porch areas, one in front and one in back. Had great coffee every morning at dawn on back porch on comfy chairs and lots of plants. Just about a mile from downtown Weaverville which has some wonderful places to eat and a great bakery/sandwich shop. Steve, the owner, lives on premises, so is available for anything and very accommodating. My friends and I were in town for a workshop and this place served us well. It was clean and had great beds. Would stay again.
