You will be within walking distance (3/4 mile) of downtown Weaverville’s great restaurants, art galleries, museum, and grocery store. Just 15 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate. Ten minutes from Downtown Asheville, and five minutes to the French Broad River with some of the best kayaking, canoeing, and tubing around.
