We love Amelia Island so after 10 years of renting, we decided to buy. In addition to this property, we own a 1 bedroom at Amelia Surf & Racquet. We love Surf & Racquet for its location, great views, security and the great care the association takes with everything.

We are a family of four. This is our second year staying in this condo and our 4th time renting from this owner. We have also stayed in the 1 br/1 ba unit. We love this unit. Parking around the unit is easy and always available. It is clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The beds and linens are clean and cozy. The bathrooms are immaculate. There is the right amount of kitchen equipment for dining in but "good eats" within driving distance. It was a luxury to have 3 TVs and all rooms are comfortable for viewing. The facility is great, too. The pool is always clean. There are outdoor bathrooms right at the pool which are clean. There never seems to be a crowd but always someone to meet. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and not a far walk. The distance was very conducive to our 4 year old who couldn't decide if he wanted to be on the beach or at the pool. There is a great service available(locally but not through surf and racquet) for umbrella rental and we used it this year and it was perfect for us. We can't say enough about these owners and this unit. This is a great choice for a family beach trip, couples get away or girls weekend. We love it!!!!!

April,2009 We truly enjoyed our visit to Amelia Island. One main reason was that this condo is beautiful and comfortable, with a view to die for. Amelia Island is gorgeous- a wonderful mix of several things.The Condo is built within a very natural,lush landscape but with a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean, beach, and pool--a perfect place to watch the sun rising in the morning. In the evening, the town provides the perfect mix of old Southern architecture and quaintness but with plenty of recently built areas and unique shopping. Wonderful places to eat are all around and the owner takes the time to give suggestions. The owners are helpful and really do want you to have a wonderful experience. We did! Enjoyed staying in this condo. View is excellent and you get ocean views and breezes. Location is great for going to beach, pool, and tennis. There is also a lovely paved walking path you can use. Property owners were helpful, responsive, and shared advice.

We stayed in B137 last June. It was newly renovated and decorated. The flooring and furnishings were very nice. The condo was tastefully decorated. The owners were extremely accommodating. They personally oversee the cleaning of the condo. We found that everything was in pristine condition. We highly recommend this unit for rental.

We stayed at the condo in October 2007 and had a wonderful experience. The place is well-maintained and has a great view of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. The owners are fabulous as well. They were a big help in sifting through the maze of restaurant offerings, and they even got us on the golf course at the Ritz. If you can play it, I would recommend it. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we are staying again this year. Go Dawgs!

This unit was FANTASTIC-VERY clean and beaytifully decorated. The view is spectacular and the people were friendly. Amelia Island and particularly this resort is one of my favorites in Florida.
