Sit back and relax and enjoy this newly renovated house. We have updated the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms with granite. We have also put in new carpet, replaced all plumbing and hardware fixtures, and installed new lighting.
Wake up each morning to the sound of the waves in this 3 story, 4 bed/3½ bath duplex across the street from the beach. This duplex sleeps 10.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (a queen bed in one and 2 sets of single bunk beds in the other).
2nd floor: you will enjoy a living room (couch with a pullout bed) with an unobstructed view of the ocean from the deck, a fully stocked kitchen and the dining room with a deck off of it for those outdoor meals.
3rd floor: the master bedroom(king bed) with a private deck to enjoy the morning coffee before you get the day started enjoying everything Kure Beach has to offer and a second bedroom that has a queen bed. Each room has its own TV.

Our family of 8 stayed over the Memorial Weekend, and we had plenty of room, and because there are 3 floors, there is enough privacy also. We loved the outdoor decks, and the ocean view is not obstructed. Close to everything FUN! Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This place is perfect for the large group getaway. Very good access to the beach, and with some views from the front balcony. The house has everything you need, and is in a good location. Very easy to deal with the owner also. I would rent this place again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the weekly rental rate but not weekend rental rate. 9. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: -Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; -Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and -Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
