The rental includes a beautiful heated shared pool and two bicycles. There are two flat panel TV's, one on each level with cable and WiFi throughout. This is our third annual month-long stay in this lovely Old Town condominium. Walking up Fleming Street to this peaceful slice of paradise leaving Duval Street’s crowds behind is always a treat. The location is central, but in the quietest portion of Fleming, with lovely old, well-kept homes joining this well-appointed vintage four-unit Conch home. The two-level unit was clean and well-maintained. The new owners have replaced furniture, and are very committed to making sure that your stay is enjoyable. The new king-sized bed is especially appreciated! Our vegetarian cooking was well supported by the fully-equipped kitchen and a nearby organic produce and prepared foods shop. The new pool area in the backyard is a great spot for morning coffee (or an afternoon dip). It’s within blocks of the quieter portion of Key West’s waterfront, several art studios, restaurants, and two terrific bakeries. While there’s no need for a car (street parking can be a challenge), the unit-supplied bicycles are useful for getting to the farther reaches of the key. Would recommend this condo to friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this wonderful property the month of February 2013. The property changed ownership mid-February. The new owner could not have been better. Also, the outside maintenance service provided immediate attention to our one issue. Several pieces of new/replacement furniture were added during our stay including a king bed. The pictures and descriptions in the ad are fair and accurate. I would highly recommend this propertyRecommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Old Town:
We came to Key West for the first time three years ago for our nephew's wedding. We immediately felt at home. Since moving to Florida last summer, we quickly realized it was going to become our new go to weekend getaway, especially since Southwest now flies nonstop from Orlando. We decided it would be great to own a piece of paradise for ourselves.

Southernmost Kellers (as we have chosen to call it) is located on a quiet street of million dollar homes in Old Town. It is walking or biking distance to Duval Street, sunsets in Mallory Square, boating & fishing, and all the great food and nightlife you could want. There is also a beautiful shared pool and deck with a BBQ grill in the back. Truly the perfect condo in the perfect location!
