The apartment is directly on the lake (30 meters)! Ideal for family who want to relax dipped in the nature and love whater sports like sailing, surfing, boating, etc.

The property is inside a structure for tourist reception, where there is also a little bar/restaurant.
The ideal period is the summer time, but for romantic once, also autumn and winter are lovable.

The apartments are composed by one bedrooms with a double bed (there is also a solution with 2 single beds and a bulk bed), one bathroom with box shower, a Kitchen with livingroom. In the livingroom there also a sofà for 2 bed places.

In the village (Pianello del Lario) the guests will find a couple of restaurants/pizza, a minimarket, newspapers shop, hairdresser.

For further services you'll find everything at 2/3Km in Dongo, Gravedona and other villages.
