Managed directly from the owner, Mr. Noce, the farm is the ideal place to spend a holiday in the nature, in a park of 60 hectares encircles you from trees of high stalk, in total tranquillity and relax, olny two steps away from the sea.
Situated on one hill in dominant position, between olive groves and vineyards, for the cultivation and the production of wine D.O.C. cured directly from the owner.
We can welcome you in apartments from 2 to 7 places or in comfortable villas with private garden until 10 places ready to spend your summer Vacations with the family and the children who will enjoy the immense park with swimming pool and the football field.
At disposal of the guests there are, the swimming pool (16 x 8 mt, opened approximately from half May to half October), the solarium with lying-chairs, the barbecue corner, and the ancient firewood furnace. For the lovers of the fishers: the Cecina River slides approximately 500 mt from the property.
The favorable position allows you to reach easily the most important cities of art of the Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra and S. Gimignano in approximately 30 minuts, while Florence, Lucca and Siena, can be reached in less than 1 hour.
The famous "White Beaches" are only 10 minuteren far. Who loves traditions can visit the small village of Montescudaio with various restaurants with typical kitchen and shops (5 Km).

We are a few km far from the place of pructions of the most important italian wine such as Sassicaia or Ornellaia. So we suggest you to spend time for wine tasting. You could find some good wine and oil directly at the farm or we can suggest you some good wine cellars in the neighborhood.
