Birthday Beach Weekend

Surprised my niece for her 13th birthday with a weekend beach trip. I have always stayed at a Phoenix Property since I was young and they never disappoint. We had a great time. Great condo!!

Perfect Condo for a famil of 4 or 5

Great view of the Gulf of Mexico and nicely decorated. Good cooking supplies with plates and utensils. Will definitely be back...

Nicely Appoointed

This condo was nicely upgraded. New paint, new cabinetry, new floors, new granite, new sinks and faucets. The only thing not upgraded was the tub surround. It was your standard one piece tub/shower. They had a king sized bed with a memory foam topper (might have been a memory foam mattress, we didn't check). The table and chairs on the deck were bistro height. All in all it was well appointed for the price point.
