We make it a priority to give our guests an enjoyable stay!
Our condo is located in a serene gated community and is on the upper floor of two stories.
There is ample parking, including a covered carport.
The unit itself is comfortable, light and airy, with large rooms. Square feet: 1,175.
Recently painted, plus new flooring and vertical blinds.
WiFi, Cable TV in living room and master bedroom, CD, VCR, and DVD players.
A large balcony with a spectacular mountain view overlooks the pool. We provide an electric barbeque(no charcoal to clean up).
The second bedroom has separate balcony overlooking tennis courts, also with beautiful mountain view.
The dining area has an expandable table for larger gatherings.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including new appliances, microwave and toaster ovens, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and more.
The master bedroom with king bed features large dressing area, full bath, and seated vanity. Hair dryer also provided.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own nearby full bath.
A queen-size aerobed can accommodate two additional overnight guests.
Mesquite Country Club golf course (18 holes) is across the street.
Tennis courts are steps away from the front door. We provide two rackets. We also provide two 21-speed mountain bikes.
We are close to downtown Palm Springs, with abundant choices for restaurant dining, entertainment, recreation, and shopping.
