We have added 3 baths, and completely remodeled the kitchen, dining and living areas and all upstairs bedrooms. A screened in porch was added in 2008! You have access to the Wild Dunes' Tom Fazio championship Links and Harbor Courses, its top rated tennis facility (ranked in the top 10 by "Tennis" magazine), the Fitness Center and Spa (featuring weight room, steam, sauna, massage, and personal training), children's programs, the Sports Pavilion Swim Center and four restaurants.... This home is three doors from the ocean and its spacious beach, with an access way right next to the property! This location is 25-30 minutes from Downtown Charleston, its famous historic district, fine restaurants, and shopping.
