Large, well-furnished six bedroom home, on pristine Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee, Georgia with beautiful deck and Jacuzzi! Expansive, incredible water and mountain views are the best in Towns County! Swim, boat or fish in competitive fishing (26 inch Bass fish caught off dock last week!)lake off your large private dock (newly rebuilt with Trex artificial textured lumber) with in deep, warm, crystal clear water!
Brand new, large Hot Tub (with built in stereo) overlooking Lake on screened-in porch is now in place! Large Deck with beautiful large Oak Tree in the middle of it provides nice shade. The deck has swings, benches, and rocking chairs with the most incredible views perfect for roasting marshmallows in the large copper pit. You can also grill in the charcoal grill provided. Large screened porch with extra dining table, private parking for over 10 cars or boats, upstairs and downstairs family rooms, upstairs with large stone fireplace, downstairs has a foosball table, both have tv's with cable, vcr's, loads of books to read, unlimited long-distance phone use (no international), central heating/air conditioning, full kitchen with brand new appliances including double ovens, 5 burner gas range, all linens provided including nice bed linens and blankets, bath and hand towels, washcloths, extra blankets and kitchen towels and washcloths, Full-size washer and dryer, charcoal grill (BBQ). The dock is on deep water and is perfect for fishing or swimming. You can tie up your boats on the dock and use the Fieldstone marina in view of the dock for water access, then watch your family ski and tube from the dock or house!

Bedroom setup - Upper Level
Bdrm #1 King 4 poster bed (new stearns & Foster plush mattress)with full bathroom - has door that opens onto a flower garden with a small private patio!
Bdrm #2 and #3 are a suite with a full bath and two vanity sinks. One bedroom has new crib and two sturdy twin bunkbeds for kids or adults. Other bedroom has King 4 poster bed (new Stearns & Foster plush mattress) with a beautiful view of the lake.
Lower Level - entry level foyer is on this level
Bdrm #1 has queen sleigh bed and beautiful view of the lake
Bdrm #2 has queen sleigh bed and beautiful view of the lake
Bdrm #3 has full bed
Additional sleeping on floor of some of the bedrooms and in upstairs and downstairs dens with blow-up mattress or sleeping bags. There is also a new pack and play for a baby to sleep in addition to the crib.
There are two high-chair seats that strap onto chairs with removable trays for toddlers.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
June/July/August $2200/week Sept-May $275 night (4 night or $1100 minimum)
Christmas/New Years/Thanksgiving $2000/week (4 night or $1200 min)
For over 13 people $10 per person per night
Security Deposit $400 (due at time of reservation + half rent)
Housecleaning Fee $150
cancellation permitted not less than 45 days prior to arrival date.
