Developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay group, Spring Run is a gated country club community with a private eighteen hole, par seventy-two, championship golf course, with five sets of tees. Golf carts are equipped with GPS system. Off Season - May through October, play for cart fees only at Over Forty participating reciprocal clubs!
This non-smoking first floor newly decorated unit, has an outstanding view overlooking a lake, and the eleventh fairway. It includes ALL the amenities you would expect from a newly built, golf community residence. This unit was completely redecorated and furnished in September of 2004.
The living area has a twelve foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the water and fairway. Enjoy your favorite DVDs, videos, or cable on the twenty-seven inch cable TV. There is upgraded ceramic tile floor in the living, dining room, kitchen, and lanai. There is also crown molding in the living room and dining room, and a bright colorful interior. The den is equipped with desk and full-size sofa hide-a-bed.
The master bedroom, in the rear for complete privacy, overlooks the water and fairway, and has a complete bedroom suite with queen-bed and TV. It has a large, walk-in closet and private bath, featuring double sinks and over-sized walk-in shower. The second bedroom, has twin beds, walk-in closet and an additional bath.
The upgraded galley kitchen is fully-equipped. Enjoy the ceramic cook top, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and raised breakfast bar. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided, except for the food. There is a separate full laundry area in the hallway to the garage.
There is a pool with sauna, and barbeque grills, just a short walk. A $212 golf membership transfer and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and your spouse access to the club facilities such as eighteen-hole golf course, aquatic driving range, putting green, fitness center, plus clubhouse restaurant with food and beverage service, pro shop, and tennis facilities.
Enjoy shopping at the new Gulf Coast Mall, Miromar Outlets, the upscale Promenade, or Tanger Outlets. The Regal Twelve Cinema is only two miles away. Downtown Naples is only twenty minutes away. Great restaurants, such as Chop's, Sanibel Steakhouse, Carrabas, Roy's, Outback, Mel's Diner, Iguana Mia, and many more are located within minutes. A recent addition is the Coconut Point Shops with over 135 stores within a 5 minute drive of the condo. Restaurants and shops for all your needs close by.
