The large living area has a wall of glass overlooking the deck, secluded pool, and back yard. The new pool and adjoining the spa are both heated. Heat is an additional charge.
Our gracious property is ideal for relaxing or fishing on either of our two shaded docks or just sit with some wine and cheese and watch the wildlife. Walk or bike to our world famous pristine beaches in Palmetto Dunes. Bikes can be rented weekly, and canoes are available for rental inside our gates.
Enjoy a day trip to historic Savannah or picturesque Beaufort, both just an hour away. Whether swimming, golfing, boating, fishing, shopping, or just relaxing, Hilton Head is Paradise!

2 week late stay in August. My wife and I shared first week with two couples and second week with one couple we've been friends with for more than 50 years. Rental property is terrific...pool is maintained twice weekly and it's great to take a dip or lounge around the pool or sit down on the dock at the canal, watching the cranes and herons...on arrival, house was very clean, flat-screen t-v's in each bedroom as well as living room. Home has large living room, dining room, big kitchen, including breakfast area, screened-in porch in back next to adjacent open porch area. Had several barbecues on back porch using owner's clean propane grill during our stay and visited several of Hilton Head's top restaurants...many are located within a mile of the house. Recommend Ruan Thai, Alfred's, Flora's Italian, Old Fort Pub and for sandwiches, Gruby's Jewish Deli at Fresh Market Center on Rte. 278, the main thoroughfare on HH. I played golf at Jones course at Palmetto Dunes with my three male friends, as well as Hills course at Palmetto Hall, Robber's Row at Port Royal(terrible shape) and Oyster Reef twice...this course is one of the top three I've played at Hilton Head over the past five visits to the island. Other two courses at Palmetto Dunes were being aerated or we would have played these as well. Made day trips to Charleston, Savannah, and Beaufort. Owner of home is one of the nicest and responsive people I have dealt with in a long time. It's nice to know these folks still exist in our world. I will absolutely recommend this property to my friends, relatives or anyone who seeks my advice.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
