Please note, the Security Deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure, if there is no damage or excessive cleaning. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is required, the deposit will be held and we will contact you to notify you of the charge. Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you observe this strictly as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. A $50 late check out fee will be charged for every half hour after 11 AM. Daily cleaning service is not provided for this unit. If you wish to have daily cleaning service, please email or call us 48 hours in advance. An additional daily $125 cleaning fee will be charged at that time for a full cleaning or $65 for a partial cleaning.
