Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you observe this strictly as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. A $50 late check out fee will be charged for every half hour after 11 AM. Daily cleaning service is not provided for this unit. If you wish to have daily cleaning service, please email or call us 48 hours in advance.
US currency only. We require 50% of the total amount due upfront to secure the rental. The remaining 50% of the balance along with a $500 security deposit is due two weeks prior to your arrival date. Please note, the Security Deposit will not be charged on the credit card, only authorized. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is required, the credit card on file will be charged.

Silvia is a stay at home mom who manages their three vacation properties - two in Miami Beach at the Alexander Hotel, and their favorite - Villa 7027 in the Florida Keys.
