Overview of the house layout:
There are 2 front doors. One goes immediately upstairs to the second floor, and the other goes straight into the apartment first street-side BR. From that first apartment BR, there is a door to the upstairs, as well as a door into the beach-side BR, which is where the full bath is located. That BR has a deck over the beach, and there are outside stairs to the 2nd floor LR deck, as well as stairs down to the beach. Therefore, renters, who are staying upstairs, don’t have to go through the apartment to get to the beach.
The second floor has the LR w/2 Queen sleepers, which can be used simultaneously. It also has the DR w/10 chairs and 2 bar stools, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition, there’s a ½ bath.
The third floor has: the MBR w/full bath and deck over the beach. The street-side BR also has a full bath.
GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT: From Oct. until March 1 (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas), we rent the ground floor apartment separately for $600/week. It has 2 BRs and 1 full BA. One BR has a Queen bed. One BR has a Queen sleeper. There's a small kitchen w/microwave, sink, dishes, dining table, and full size fridge. There are 2 TVs and 2 DVDs and a full size washer/dryer. Your own fully-furnished deck steps down to the beach and Gulf. Additional charges: $75 cleaning, 11.5% FL taxes, and $200 Deposit.
ENTIRE HOUSE: The remainder of the year, we can accommodate 4 groups in 4 BRs and 3.5 BAs and provide: high chair, port-a-crib, bathtub, and safety gates.
Disabled: we work w/30 A Bike Rentals for those needing beach wheelchairs.
We're close to Wine, Jazz, Seafood, Mullet, and Art Festivals and the Fishing Rodeo. We offer Year round Specials, Savings, and Discounts.
Step out on to the white sand beach or relax on decks w/romantic views of the Emerald green Gulf. Tile floors throughout w/three decks over the beach, includes private apartment on first floor. TVs in each bedroom and LR, VCRs, DVDs, and video/book library. Wine upon check-in. Gourmet coffee packs; shampoos and soaps; and beach toys, floats, umbrellas, and chairs provided. No need to rent beach amenities.
Golfers....book your Tee-times in advance w/us. We're close to many golf courses and offer Golf Specials/Discounts/Savings. We work w/a Golf Concierge.
Events planner also arranges fishing and golfing events.
First Floor Apartment TWO BRs. The first has a small kitchen w/full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, stereo/CD player, cable TV, DVD and VCR w/video library and Queen sleeper sofa (no bath); and a separate second BR w/Queen pillowtop bed, Full Bath, and deck w/steps down to beach. Deck has table, 4 chairs, and chaise lounge. We're close to Wine, Seafood, Mullet, and Art Festivals and the Fishing Rodeo. We offer year round Specials, Savings, and Discounts.
Second floor has beautiful views of the emerald green gulf with fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, disposal, compactor, refrigerator w/ice maker; espresso, margarita, ice cream, and waffle machines; gourmet coffee packs provided; dining room w/10 chairs and 2 barstools; 2 Queen sleepers, which can be used at the same time; cable TV, DVD, VCR, video library, half bath, living room with attached Deck, over beach, for watching dolphins. Deck has a gas grill w/table, 4 chairs, chaise lounge and Adirondack chair w/cushions provided.
Third floor Master bedroom with Queen pillowtop bed has its own TV, DVD, and private Deck and private bath. Deck has table, 4 chairs, chaise lounge and Adirondack chair w/cushions provided.
Third floor Second bedroom has its own TV and DVD w/private bath and Queen pillowtop bed. Soaps and shampoos provided.
Convenient location just a few miles from mid-bay bridge, Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and Harbor. Great sunset views east to Sandestin and west to Destin. Stargazing and wine-sipping at night from decks. Wine provided upon check-in.

I chose our place in Destin because of the beautiful white sand beach and emerald water in front of the house. I had looked at other places in Destin and found the water to be cloudy. It's also within driving distance of where I live. We're also close to Wine, Jazz, Seafood, Mullet, and Art Festivals and the Fishing Rodeo. We stayed at this location during the July 4th week in 2011.The location is great and the townhome was fabulous. There awas plenty of room, it is in great condition and gives you direct access to the beach. The appliances were clean and worked well. We had zero issues and look forward to returning another year.

This is the third time that my group has stayed in the Sandollar townhomes. Lois your home was the best one that we have stayed in. It is a great location to everything. We had a blast and will book again next summer!!

What a view! Sit one any of three decks with a drink, cup of coffee, and watch the people, gulf waters, and dolphins as they swim by. If you can't relax in this home, you need a hospital. What a great place to take your family. This home has all the amenities any family would want to have. You are on the beach! Walk out the door and your in sand that is white as snow. Never seen anything like since leaving Peeble Beach, Ca. You are close enough to golf courses and all the fun places for kids. I would go back in a heart beat! Hugs to Lois and family! Larry b.

We just spent the last week at this townhome and had a wonderful time! Has just about everything you need, but more importantly a beautiful view of the beach with beachfront access! The beaches were beautiful...some june grass, but all in all we had a apectacular time! The townhome owners do everything they can to make your stay a memorable one!

I can't say enough good things about this property or it's location! I am so thankful we didn't cancel our June 5th reservation! NO OIL or signs of oil! The beaches were just as we remembered and besides deep sea fishing we were able to do everything we wanted! The house is exactly how it's described/pictured and had everything you would need. We had a large group and had plenty of room to sprawl out at this home! The owner was very pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond our expectations! I would recommend this property to anyone, young and old! You will not be disappointed!

Just wanted to thank you soo much for letting us use your place. My family stayed from May 16 thru 22. We had never been to the Emerald Coast before and COULD NOT BELIEVE how gorgeous it was. Praying that the oil spill does minimal damage, we are hoping to return to Destin EVERY year. We had the BEST TIME EVER. Your place is perfect for us. This was a great place for a crowd. We had a family wedding with a few friends and the owner of this townhouse was always an easy call away for any questions we had. Hope to rent again in the near future!
