The relaxation with our kids and grand kids was wonderful. We loved the beach and the amenities The kids loved being at the beach, and since it was right out our back door it was awesome. Off my bucket list is spending 7 glorious days at Destin, Fla. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

Wonderful Vacation

We stayed at this location during the July 4th week in 2011.The location is great and the townhome was fabulous. There awas plenty of room, it is in great condition and gives you direct access to the beach. The appliances were clean and worked well. We had zero issues and look forward to returning another year.

This is the third time that my group has stayed in the Sandollar townhomes. Lois your home was the best one that we have stayed in. It is a great location to everything. We had a blast and will book again next summer!!

What a view! Sit one any of three decks with a drink, cup of coffee, and watch the people, gulf waters, and dolphins as they swim by. If you can't relax in this home, you need a hospital. What a great place to take your family. This home has all the amenities any family would want to have. You are on the beach! Walk out the door and your in sand that is white as snow. Never seen anything like since leaving Peeble Beach, Ca. You are close enough to golf courses and all the fun places for kids. I would go back in a heart beat! Hugs to Lois and family! Larry b.

Family Reunion at Sanddollar

We just spent the last week at this townhome and had a wonderful time! Has just about everything you need, but more importantly a beautiful view of the beach with beachfront access! The beaches were beautiful...some june grass, but all in all we had a apectacular time! The townhome owners do everything they can to make your stay a memorable one!

I can't say enough good things about this property or it's location! I am so thankful we didn't cancel our June 5th reservation! NO OIL or signs of oil! The beaches were just as we remembered and besides deep sea fishing we were able to do everything we wanted! The house is exactly how it's described/pictured and had everything you would need. We had a large group and had plenty of room to sprawl out at this home! The owner was very pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond our expectations! I would recommend this property to anyone, young and old! You will not be disappointed!

Just wanted to thank you soo much for letting us use your place. My family stayed from May 16 thru 22. We had never been to the Emerald Coast before and COULD NOT BELIEVE how gorgeous it was. Praying that the oil spill does minimal damage, we are hoping to return to Destin EVERY year. We had the BEST TIME EVER. Your place is perfect for us. We have a 3 year old that tired himself out on those stairs everyday....it was GREAT! LOL!! Again, we really appreciate how you helped us have one of the best vacations ever. Thanks again! Melissa

This was a great place for a crowd. We had a family wedding with a few friends and the owner of this townhouse was always an easy call away for any questions we had. Hope to rent again in the near future!

We enjoyed your home so much. In all the years I have been coming down and the different places we have stayed, you have the most well equipped home. We would very much like to stay with you again next year. I will have to wait until my daughter gets the school calendar to know when fall break will be, or I would go ahead and make reservations now. Usually it is around the same time each year. Thank you so much for leasing my family and I your second home in Destin. We truly enjoyed our family vacation. The condo was in a absolutely perfect location! Close to all our favorite restaurants and shopping spots. Plenty of room in the bathrooms and bedrooms! We had no trouble with parking or our neighbors. Everything was right where you said it was and having all those lists over the house made it easier for us to return everything to the right spot. Having four little ones running around wild and you having most of the baby stuff supplied in the condo took a large toll off our backs and packing!! We plan on rebooking next year and hopefully every year after that! Thanks again for adding to our wonderful family vacation in Destin! We will see you next year!! Thanks Again Melissa

Wow, another wonderful vacation at the best condo on the beach! The water was beautiful, the weather was great, the shopping was unbeatable and the restaraunts are plentiful! This was our 4th year and can't wait to make it 5 years. Still haven't done all we want to do. It was a short trip over to Panama City to Guy Harvey's new restaraunt and shopped there for a couple of hours. Be sure to go east on the main drag to Bayou Bill's for a seafood feast. Recently reopened, it was my favorite stop this year. Had a great time playing with the ladyfish in the surf. Easy to catch and lots of fight. Let them go to fight again -- the Poor Man's Tarpon. They love fast and flashy objects. Lots of fun. My arm wore out before the fish did! Thanks, Lois. It was a wonderful time.

Great place that is centrally located to all the amenities. Directly on the beach doesn't get any better. We all had a wonderful vacation! Lois, thanks for the use of your wonderful condo and for checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. You are the best!

This place is wonderful. Where else can one walk out the back door and right into the water? We set up camp on the beach the first day and enjoy it every day, all day. There are great eating places and shopping close by when the sun gets too hot. We love it and this will be our 4th year.
