This 2013 new construction 3BR, 2.5Bth home was custom designed with vacation living in mind. Just steps from this home are the white sands of the crescent beach of Marco Island, not to mention a wide choice of fantastic restaurants, a four screen dine-in movie theater, ice cream parlor, shops, the Marco Island Art League, outdoor adventure rentals, miniature golf, as well as the many other entertainment options that Marco Island has to offer.
The heart of the home is an open great room with 60in flatscreen TV, granite and stainless steel kitchen opening onto the covered lanai and screened-in heated pool. The interior design lends an atmosphere of casual beach side elegance, achieved by using colors inspired from the sea, using a mix of new and vintage pieces, and adding a collection of one-of-a-kind artwork that adds to the tropical vibe.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk in shower, and a soaker tub. There are two guest bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed, and the other with a set of twins. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs, and share a bathroom with a standup shower. Cable and Wi-Fi available. BluRay DVDs are in the Living Room and the twin bedroom.
Along with ample pool towels, we supply beach equipment such as a cooler, chairs, umbrella and beach cart.
