This recently completed gated resort in Kissimmee has a bright tropical feel, perfect for your vacation get-away. Just a few steps from the door there is a large shared child-friendly heated pool complete with fountains, spa pool, and separate sun terrace. There are also 3 additional quieter pools within the resort.

Adjacent to the main pool there is a clubhouse including a TV room, library, business centre, and a fully equipped fitness room. A Wi-Fi wireless LAN for internet access is available both in the clubhouse and around the main pool areas. Additional amenities include secure play areas for the younger children, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a boating lake with picnic and barbecue facilities. Also a small movie theatre and a games room with pool table and electronic games. Use of these amenities is free to our guests. (There is a small charge to use the business center).

Inside the home, there is a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area and breakfast bar. The family room has two sofas, cable TV, DVD, and VCR. The downstairs master bedroom with its king-size (six foot six) bed has its own cable TV and an en-suite bathroom complete with an oversized whirlpool bath and shower. Upstairs you will find two further spacious bedrooms, one with a queen (five foot) bed, the other with twin beds. There is also a second bathroom with bath and shower on this floor. This flexible arrangement offers the opportunity for parents to relax downstairs, whilst other family members have the run of upstairs. The family room sofabed also offers two further sleeping spaces. For those travelling with infants, a high chair and a travel cot/crib can be provided. Local telephone calls are free.

A huge 24 hour Wal-Mart is close by for any last minute shopping and grocery needs.

The Osceola County Softball Complex is located just a couple of blocks away.

  • This was our first trip to Florida and staying here was ideal for the whole family. The pools, gym and games room meant there was always something for everyone to do and as the house was so well equipped and tidy it was better than being at home! The house location was perfect for all the attractions which meant after along day queueing we never had far to return home. Can't recommend it highly enough. Billie

  • What a great place. We came down for the Disney Marathon Weekend and found the location perfect. The heated pool was a great touch for some New Englanders desperate for a pool, but...! The place is clean and well-stocked with everything you need. Everything seems new and staff on-site were easy to work with. Convenient to Disney and wonderful to come home to. We'll be back!!

    (Copied from Guestbook located in the home). What a wonderful place! We came down for the 1/2 Marathon at Disney and this place was perfect for our family - and so much cheaper than on-site. Then, loving able to wash my running clothes BEFORE going home was a great treat! We even entertained some friends of ours for dinner who were staying at WDW - saving $$ again - and better food too! The HEATED pool was terrific for the kids especially, - no time to use the playground but it looked fun. It is sooo quiet here - peaceful nights for busy crazy Disney days - which were only minutes away AND on a safe, quiet location! Oh, and it is 14 F back home! We'll be back!   • We have been to Orlando many times and always stayed in hotels. Our previous trip was on the Disney grounds. While there are perks for staying at Disney if you intend on visiting the parks, staying at your place offered so many more. It was so peaceful. We were able to escape the crowds, relax in the pool and even though it is nice to eat out when on vacation, it was nice to have some home cooked meals too. The entire village is very well kept. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

  • We had a wonderful time staying at your place. Everything was set up great. The community grounds were awesome with the pool, playgrounds, and game room. We spent the weekend at Epcot. It was nice to come "home" and relax and eat a good meal without having to joustle for positon like in a hotel. The kids loved the stuffed animals and enjoyed having their own room. Hopefully we can come again. The Quicks.
