Our chalet overlooks Jade Lake, and is only about one and a half miles from Big Lake. You can enjoy all the activity at Big Lake and then retire to quiet and secluded Jade Lake for some true relaxation. We are located about 18 miles from Wasilla and only about 60 miles from Anchorage International Airport.
This modern housekeeping cabin is a spacious 880 square foot and easily sleeps up to six persons. The master bedroom has a queen bed, plus television and DVD/VCR player. The loft has two full size beds and overlooks the living room for a gorgeous view of the lake. There is another TV DVD/VCR unit in the living room as well as a Stereo CD/Cassette player. A large front deck with a gorgeous view adds many hours of enjoyment.
The chalet is close to all the amenities, yet has a secluded private feel for that unique getaway experience.

Our family (5 total) enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend this property. The location was great; the chalet was so comfortable, clean and spacious. Our teenage boys loved having the loft for their own space. It was nice coming "home" to the chalet to relax every evening. The kitchen was great and came in very handy for breakfasts and suppers. We were sad to leave. The owners were very responsive in every way. It was an excellent experience.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
