Remodeled in December of 2012, you will enjoy the fresh paint, beautiful tile floors and new decor. In the living area you will find plenty of comfortable seating. The rich-colored sofa makes a queen bed and the loveseat pulls out to a twin bed. The flat-screen TV can be view comfortably from anywhere in the room. There is also a desk and chair that provides a great place to set up your laptop for some Web surfing or to address postcards to your envious friends back home. The kitchen will surprise you with tile counter tops, a coordinating tile back splash, a ceramic top stove and everything you need to cook and dine in. The breakfast bar has two stools for extra seating. The glass-top dining table seats four and is in the perfect location for dining with a spectacular view. Full-length drapes in the dining and living rooms add a soft touch. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a new therapeutic pillow-top mattress. Our family has been coming to Gulf Shores for several years. We normally stay in the Phoenix condominiums but this was our first experience with VRBO – normally we use a rental agency - We came across your site on VRBO and liked the look of the condo and the description and the price. The experience was much better than the pictures. The unit is spotless, had everything we needed and the decorating is lovely. The beach is so nice here with a lovely view of both sunset and sunrise. The condominium itself is quiet but family-oriented with lots or pools and hot tubs. I found the whole experience very easy. We have already made another reservation for the Fall. Thank you for a lovely time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Maynard, We arrived on Christmas Day and left on New Years Day, What a good special week it has been. Your condo is very lovely and well kept. All of our needs were met; comfortable bed, sofa, etc. Whoever did the interior decorating did a great job; just right! We would very much be happy to return to your condo. This condo is the best one we have stayed in since coming to Orange Beach for 10 years. The furnishings are beautiful and it feels so homey. We even brought food in for dinner so we could enjoy the beautiful view while we ate. We have never done that before. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Since I was raised along the beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin, Florida and Gulf Shores, Alabama I have been instilled with tremendous appreciation for the coastal areas. South Baldwin County has been my permanent residence for more than 20 years. My husband has owned and operated a local cabinet shop since 1996 and I am a Gulf Front Realtor.
