Spread out and relax in our 3,000+ sq. ft. five bedroom, three bath home ideally located in a quiet neighborhood in North Scottsdale. Take a short drive to play world-class golf courses like Troon North or just stay back and dip your feet in the private pool and hot tub. There is also excellent hiking at nearby Pinnacle Peak.
This house is located in a peaceful tract in North Scottsdale. The property is bordered by two natural arroyos, providing a healthy space between neighboring homes. The views and terrain are classic southwest, with cacti and desert plants.
When you enter the home, you'll notice the high ceilings above the spacious living room where you can unwind on the comfortable leather sofas. Adjacent is the formal dining room with a large dining table with formal seating for eight. More chairs can easily squeeze in. Behind the dining room is the fully loaded kitchen. Guests have commented that our kitchen is better stocked with appliances, plates, silverware, and glasses than their own homes.
The kitchen opens up to a family room where we have a flat-screen TV, DVD and VCR, stereo, fireplace, queen sized sofa bed, and free broadband wireless Internet access. From here, you access the large, private backyard with an outdoor dining area, chaise lounges, and the heated pool and hot tub.
Finishing off the first floor is a large bedroom with a queen sized bed and an adjacent full bath. Our laundry room with washer and dryer leads to the three-car garage.
There are four bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and a large master bathroom with a walk-in closet. This room features a private balcony with expansive views of the valley. Down the hall are three additional bedrooms, two with queen sized beds and one with two twin beds. This twin bedroom has its own TV, DVD, and VCR along with a PlayStation 2 game console.
For large groups, the home also has an extra Aerobed available. All linens and towels including pool towels are provided.
If you have small children in your party, we will put up a pool fence for their safety. We also have a high chair, portable crib, and children's table and chairs for your convenience.
This home is perfect for family gatherings, golf buddies, or groups of friends.

Our group of 11 "picky" ladies found this home to be just as advertised - clean and well equipped. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, convenient to stores, restaurants, golf and other area attractions. The pool was clean and the grounds well kept. Our group of Spring Training fans had a wonderful stay at this clean, spacious and well-equipped home in North Scottsdale. We mostly ate in - Whole Foods and Safeway are nearby, and the large dining room table accommodated all ten of us for leisurely dinners. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and basic spices, etc. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa, and there were plenty of chaise lounges and towels for everyone. The online photo makes the back yard look smaller than it actually is. The owner (during booking) and property manager (during our stay) were great, readily available to answer questions and help out in any way. Being in North Scottsdale meant a bit more driving to baseball games, but it was all very easy. We enjoyed the desert beauty on morning walks, and the songs of an enthusiastic mocking bird at night. In every way, this is SO MUCH better than a hotel, and more affordable. Awesome vacation!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Stayed at this home in Scottsdale for 2 nights for a bachelor party. There were 9 of us, and between the pullout beds and the air mattresses, we probably couldv'e comfortably fit several more (and everyone had their own bed!). The location was great, close to several golf courses that we played at. The house was great. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. The hot tub was great and our overall stay was fantastic! I had been in contact with the owner Joe over the course of three or four months prior to our stay regarding paying the security deposit and balance, of which he was always quick to be in communication and flexible with payment options. I would highly recommend this home for anyone from large families with kids looking to go swimming to groups of 6-12 adults looking for a spot to stay during a golf trip, bachelor party or Spring training! -MarcRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a wonderful and spacious house, where we had a small and much needed family reunion. The property manager was very helpful and available to answer all of our questions and needs. We had a fabulous stay and a delightful celebration of Mom's 90th birthday. The house, yard, and pool made for the perfect setting. Everyone, from the birthday girl to the newest great grandchild enjoyed the time spent with family. This was our third stay at this great house. We are 7 ladies who have an annual AZ trip and we had a wonderful time again!!! The house has some new furnishings and new flat screen TV (we had to watch the Royal Wedding). The owners are great and work with you for anything you need and Gary the house manager is very helpful too. The pool was perfect and we never even left the house except to grocery shop. Ahhhhh. Hope to be able to return to it next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Stayed here with a group of 7 for a guys week of golf. The house was perfect for our group. The property is well kept up and the owner was very responsive to all of our needs. For golf in Scottsdale, you cannot beat this home for value, location or quality.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had the pleasure of staying here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. There were 15 of us, including 6 kids under 3 years old. Each family had their own room and the house was equipped with several nice amenities for kids, including a fence around the pool. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot and loved the location. Close to great golf, McDonalds Ranch and shopping. If any issues arose there was help available at all times. We enjoyed our time and would definitly go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

our first time to Phonix for me and 4 friends for a golf weekend. House was even nicer than the pictures. lots of room and a bed for each guy. great backyard with a pool and hot tub. beautiful views of the mountains and desert from the hot tub. we even met the next door neightbour who was really friendly and had some dinner suggestions. really close to a great hike up Pinnacle Peak. we'd stay here again in a heartbeat if we come back to Phoenix!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We had a great week at the house and the private back yard is excellent for a group of ladies to lounge around the pool. Must have a car as location is a bit off the beaten track.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

25% of the rent is due upon booking and is not refundable. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept check, money orders, and all major credit cards.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
All taxes are included in the rates. In addition to the rent, we have a cleaning fee: $150 for up to 10 guests; $200 for 10+ guests. If you wish to have the pool heated, there is also an optional pool heating fee of $175. We also require a $500 security deposit, which is fully refundable as long as the home is left in good condition.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
Maybe it's the weather or the terrain, but there's something innately relaxing about Scottsdale. One of our favorite things is taking an evening stroll under the bright stars and moonlight, hearing the coyotes howl and the roadrunners scamper. Every time I come down to visit, my blood pressure goes down, I sleep well, and I leave with a smile on my face. Getting in several rounds of golf or spa treatments at world-class resorts doesn't hurt either. :-)
