This beautifully decorated, single story 1900 square foot home is on the Stadium Course, located in the gated community of PGA West. Minutes from the Polo grounds and just 25 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport, your desert retreat has all the comforts of home with two king bed master suites and another huge third bedroom (queen bed) with a third full bath across the hall. Use the portable Futon as another (single) bed. The third bedroom doubles as an office, providing free wireless Internet access, basic supplies and a color printer/fax for your use.
Tile throughout, our home is fully renovated including an incredible kitchen with granite counter tops and custom cabinetry, luxurious linens and new furnishings. Perfect for entertainment and families, it has a large living room with wet bar and fireplace as well as a separate dining room. We have supplied all the basics to insure you can settle right in while you enjoy your arrival gift of a bottle of wine!
The private patio offers a gas BBQ and plenty of seating with breath taking views of the mountains and golf course. The fantastic pool is just 75 steps away.
This unit is located on the fourth hole of the TPC Stadium Course (designed by Pete Dye) in PGA West which is ranked #29 by Golf Magazine. Only two courses in all of Palm Springs made the top 100!

Why the Owner Chose Stadium
La Quinta and specifically, PGA West, has a special place in our hearts as we vacationed together often. La Quinta is a modern and newer part of the Palm Springs area with many attractions not found other places.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love La Quinta and particularly our property at the luxurious PGA WEST! The condo floorplan is wonderful for 2-6 people...everyone has their own space! The views of the mountains, palm trees and golf course are out of this world. There is a sense of calm that can't be beat. We feel safe and free to relax in the gated community that is never crowded. The pool is right across the street and has a spectacular view as well. At the same time, there is so much to do! I have been vacationing in La Quinta since the 1970's and never want to go to another part of the Palm Springs area.

Lori and I decided to buy this condo(and our husbands went along with it) so we could enjoy La Quinta together. It's one of our favorite places to relax, golf and get a great tan.

I stayed at this condo in April 2011 for the Stagecoach festival and plan on booking it for years to come for this event. Very clean home, modern appliances, pool just a few steps away...could not ask for more. Why stay in an over-priced hotel, when you can stay in your own "home". I grilled each night and used the fridge for drinks. Saved a ton of $$$ on not going out for dinner. Great communication with owner and property management the whole time.

I have been renting this beautiful home for the past seven years. The house works great for families or couples. The furnishings are very comfortable and the place is spotless. The patio setting is a perfect for a having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the lovely golf course view.
