It is privately nestled in Moloaa Bay Valley with awe inspiring mountain views and the sounds of the ocean waves. Moloaa Beach is just 250 yards from the beach and a 2 minute stroll.
The producers of Gilligan's Island thought so highly of this location they filmed the pilot here. And just like the show...this beach still feels like a deserted island. Many a days one can find themselves completely alone on this magical beach. If you love to snorkel this is one of the gem ocean locations on Kauai.
This one of a kind custom designed home is accessed by it's own private bridge. The entry is a 4 panel sliding glass door that opens to the lanai. You can spend many hours on the lanai relaxing to a good book, napping, or enjoying a great dinner while watching the sky change colors during the sunset. Brazilian Ipe hardwood floors throughout the house and lanai create spacious luxury.
Fully appointed kitchen features concrete counters, uniquely crafted cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, convection oven, and dishwasher. The dining room is placed for great viewing of the Anahola Mountains. High vaulted ceiling, fans throughout the house, and louvred windows, allows for tradewind breezes and creates a cool haven in summer months.
The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and the bathroom is designed in travertine tile and a jacuzzi tub for rejuvenating your mind, body and spirit. The second bedroom sleeps two in a Queen bed and the second bathroom is also decorated in travertine and has a tub/shower.
Located in the tranquility of Moloaa, and a 15 minutes to shopping and Kauai's North Shore, Mana`ui Hale accommodates one couple for a romantic getaway, two couples sharing the Kauai experience, or a single family.
