The Summit View Penthouse is a four bedroom Penthouse with 3 bathrooms and 3 private balconies. The huge living room boasts new carpet, a gas fireplace, 42' flat screen television with DVD player, and sleeper sofa. The wonderful floor plan includes an open kitchen with new tile, stainless steel appliances, and it is completely stocked with new dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc.. Everything is NEW!

About the owner: We are both Red River locals and love this town. We have 3 grown children and one grandson named Ryland. (Our hotels namesake) We both moved to Red River from the Dallas area and were married in Red River in 2009. We own Resort Realty in Red River. Resort Realty has been in Red River since 1976.
Why the Owner Chose Red River:
We decided to purchase this property because of its history and charm as well as the great location in the middle of all the Red River Main Street activity. Being visionaries, we could see a wonderful place for families to create life time memories during their Red River vacations.
