This Condo home is ideal for family vacations in both winter and summer with national forest and hiking/cross country ski trails right outside your door.

Our Condo features wall to wall windows facing beautiful Buffalo Mountain. It has a queen bed in the master, a twin bunk (with trundle below) in the guest room and a queen pull-out in the living room. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, front and back decks (back deck off the master) and numerous other amenities for your convenience.
At nearly 10,000 feet in elevation and three plus miles above I-70 at Silverthorne, you will find a setting perfect for escape and relaxation. Spa-like amenities are available at our amazing clubhouse which is equipped with two rock-spa hot tubs, sauna, full-size pool, racquet ball and tennis court, foosball, ping pong, billiard table, laundry room, fire-side lounge area and conference room.

Why the Owner Chose Timber Ridge
Wildernest and Timber Ridge specifically, are at the center of everything we like to do on vacation. There are 7 ski resorts within 35 minutes, gold medal river fishing, Lake Dillon for boating and fishing, hiking trails and national forest right out the condo door, summer festivals/activities at the various resorts and outlet stores for shopping. On top of all this, Timber Ridge has one of the best club houses in the county for on site activities and entertainment.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is a place where you can just get away in a truly peaceful and serene setting. Our unit offers wall to wall, west facing windows (and deck) that provide a spectacular view of Buffalo Mountain. With our unit being on the ground floor, carrying luggage from the car to the condo requires minimal effort. The first floor deck also provides back yard like proximity to the wispy mountain lawn in front of the building. The kids feel like they have their own yard to play in and parents can keep an eye on things while relaxing or cooking something tasty on the grill.

We had a very enjoyable stay at your condo. Your condo was a perfect size for our family, and was very nicely furnished and well-equipped (kitchen). The Clubhouse was also very nice and surprisingly not very crowded. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to use your condo. While we were there, we got about 3-4 inches of new snow, but it looked like more was coming when we left Sunday afternoon! The snow plow crews are very efficient up there, as they had the condo parking lot cleared by Sunday morning. The skiing was indeed very good. Once again, we truly appreciated the opportunity to stay at your condo, and found both the condo and the Timber Ridge Condominium development to be very nice.

Our stay was incredible! Thanks so much for everything. WE had a wonderful time skiing and staying at your place. Your condo is just beautiful and so comfortable, we hated to leave. We also enjoyed the clubhouse amenities too! Everything was cleaned and in order when we got there on Monday 3/28, had no problems whatsoever. We made sure to leave it nice and neat when we checked out on Wed 3/30 morning. Great selection of kitchen furnishings, games, TV, CD and DVD/VCR! Only one small suggestion, you might consider....adding a blow-dryer? Maybe one of those small built in ones they have at most hotels now. Again, thanks again for your hospitality and we would love to rent from you all again in the future.

February 2005 We had a most enjoyable visit and really liked your place. We did not have the best snow conditions but, hey, we had snow. I will keep your address in the event we want to rent it again. Your decorating is very nice and your supplies were great. I really liked the layout too. Also enjoyed the club house. Hi Diane, March 2005 The unit was clean and there were no problems finding it or the key. We almost got snowed in on Sunday but decided we'd better go home as planned - in retrospect, we should have stayed! The unit was great and I'd certainly use it again. John
