Additional information about rental rates
Weekly Summer, $3,500. Weekly Winter, $3,200. Summer Monthly Rate, $7,000. Winter Monthly Rate, $6,400. Tentative reservations will be held for a period of ten days. Payment of the security deposit will confirm your reservation. Balance is due thirty days prior to your expected arrival. Security Deposit: $500. Cleaning Fee $200.
Transient Occupancy Tax is required on all rentals of less than thirty days. A cleaning fee is required on all units for sanitizing and general light cleaning. An additional fee of $100 applies for all groups over 6 people.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
If either tenant or the owner cancels the reservation 30 days or more prior to your expected arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. If cancellation is necessary less than 30 days prior to your expected arrival, and we are unable to re-rent the unit, a portion or all of the security deposit may be forfeited. The Security Deposit will be applied for excessive cleaning, etc.
