Welcome to Cobtree Vacation Rental Homes, a AAA 3 Diamond approved lodging,Pet Friendly, Children Friendly, NO SMOKING resort of 4 English Style Vacation Rental Homes (The owners reside in one of these homes and manage the business hands on) Additionally, there are also two 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom real log homes. Surrounded by 57 acres of farmland overlooking the Western Shores of Seneca Lake and with views over open fields to the South and East as well as 18 acres of woodland to the North. Sunrises and Sunsets can also be spectacular at Cobtree! Details of Seneca Cottage are shown in this listing but we also offer accommodation in Cayuga Cottage, Keuka Cottage, Hemlock Log Home and Honeoye Log Home. All of our homes are located on the one site and are named after one of the Finger Lakes. Combined together the properties can sleep up to 36 people making it an ideal location for wedding receptions, re-unions and family holidays.

The woodlands at Cobtree offer a number of walking trails accessible throughout the year. In winter they are ideal for guests who bring their own skis for cross country skiing . Each of the cottages at Cobtree are named after one of the Finger Lakes and have over 1464 sq ft of living area, and our log homes over 900 sq ft of living area. All are fully equipped together with a washing machine, Tumble drier, free U.S and Canada wide digital telephone service,WI-FI and Cable Television . Our rates also include linen, sheets and towels and there are no additional cleaning fees payable on departure.
Book a wine tour with one of the local wine tour operators, dine out at one of the many nearby quality restaurants, visit the casino or Finger Lakes Race Track, take a trip to Niagara Falls or simply relax in a peaceful tranquil setting, the choices are limited only by your own energy and desires! Our cottages are traditional brick built homes built in an "English Cottage Style" each have over 1464 sq ft of living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a basement with washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board, a Log effect gas stove in the lounge, central air,full gas fired forced air heating throughout, hardwood floors, spectacular views over Seneca Lake on one side of the property and open farmland and woodland on the other side. Peaceful, tranquil and breathtaking views over the Lake and beyond.
Our log homes are traditionally built solid log homes and each have 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms and are also as fully equipped as our cottages but do not have a log effect gas fire.
Located just 4 miles South of the City of Geneva on Route 14 South heading towards Watkins Glen "Cobtree" offers Deluxe Self Catering Family accommodation for visitors to the Finger Lakes Region of New York State.
A short drive or leisurely walk takes you down to the shores of Seneca Lake where you can participate in a multitude of activities from swimming, sailing, jet skiing, fishing, golf, restaurants, wineries or even a visit to one of the State Parks.

It is also a stunningly beautiful place in which to live and work and the climate has a full four seasons and relatively temperate over the winter months. Waking up each day to this beauty and to be able to market this area to our many lucky guests from around the world is very rewarding in itself.

Waking up each morning and looking out over Seneca Lake to the East and looking out over the farmlands and woodlands that surround us to the North South and West is exhilarating. The beauty of the sun rise and sunset as well as the abundance of wildlife that can been seen around the area never ceases to amaze me. The quite, peacefulness of Cobtree a joyful experience as well as being so near to many local wineries, fine restaurants and other local attractions.
