This two-bedroom, two-bath Golf Villa is located in the perfect spot, in the heart of the only full service resort in Panama City Beach – the Edgewater Beach Resort. Here you will have access to a half-mile of private beach along the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, 36 holes of golf, tennis, a full-service health and fitness center and seven private pools, including the stunning 11,500 square foot Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool featuring rock islands and waterfalls. Also, brand new for the 2013 summer will be the Adventure Zone – offering a Splash Pool with multiple fountains and interactive water features and a state-of-the-art Sky Trail obstacle course.
Our Golf Villa has been designed for maximum comfort and luxury and easily accommodates a family of six. In the master bedroom there is a King-sized bed with a sleeper sofa, and the other bedroom offers two queen-sized beds. The updated décor of the kitchen flows into a living room/dining room area that overlooks the golf course. The beach is accessible either though a short walk or through a free tram service – a true convenience when you’ve spent the day enjoying the many water sports, dining choices, and relaxing waters of the Gulf.
Our villa is the perfect spot to feel a world away, yet be in the center of the action just a few steps away. The controlled entrance and 24-hour security of the Edgewater Beach Resort makes your stay here feel like a private oasis. Please, no smoking and no pets.
