Welcome to Contemporary Escape! Our home is located in a private, wooded community, surrounded by G.W. Childs National Park in Dingmans Ferry, PA. The house is just one block away from the lake, the swimming pool and the tennis courts. There is enough room to accommodate groups of up to 10-12 people. The house is only 2 hours away from NY and Philadelphia.
The main level features a living room with vaulted ceiling, gleaming hardwood floors and a brick wood-burning fireplace. The dining room area can sit 10-12. It leads to a screened porch where you can barbeque or have afternoon tea. We offer a full well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast island and all cooking utensils. There is a master bedroom and a full bathroom on the main level.
The upper level features three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: bdrm 2 - queen-size bed; bdrm 3 - pull out couch; bdrm 4 - full size bed and a bunk bed with a futon at the bottom. You will find a sectional sofa in the leaving room and another pull-out couch in the lower level.
Recreation area in the lower level features a sauna, shower for two, pool table with a bar area, ping pong table and foosball table. We provide board games and movies for your entertainment. The house is perfect for families. With 2000 square feet of living space, there is enough room for everybody to be comfortable.
Visit National Park with gorgeous waterfalls, historic Milford with its antique shopping and restaurants or famous Pocono Flea Market.
Rate Policy:
Deposit/Payment: We require a $400 deposit to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, at which point the rental fee is nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the dates you had reserved. All rentals are charged a $400 refundable security deposit and a $100 cleaning fee.
Our minimum age policy for renters is 25, proof of age will be required.
