Location: Garden City Beach, Grand Strand - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA (In Oceanside Village 15 min south of Myrtle Beach)

Accommodations:  2 BR/1BA Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)

This property is located in Oceanside Village,a private gated 144 acre community with 24 hr security just minutes from the beach. Located in Garden City. Its a first floor very clean apartment with its own entrance (No Steps) in a double wide modular pier home. We have private beach access w/ parking by a car or golf cart, (golf cart that can be rented at the office). Im within walking distance to beach.

There are two pools (one inside, and one outside), playground, community center, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, baseball field, Horse Shoes, Bocce Ball, Library and Fitness Center (fee to use fitness ctr)in the community all for renters. There is a restarant located at back gate on oceanfront. We are only 15 minutes to myrtle beach. Water Parks (in season), and many flea markets are available across the street.Freestyle Park its a amusement park.

There are many places to play bingo, and many dance clubs & dinner theaters. Bands play just 5 min south on garden city pier and fishing available too.5 minutes from murrells inlet fishing capital of sc with water front dining and marsh walk and entertainment.Lighted 18 hole golf course across the street at tupelo bay for nite playing,Ripken Experience baseball camp,Broadway on the Beach and many others.
I am renting downstairs which sleeps four people. It has 1 full-size bed and 1 new queen size bed. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, bath,living room with cable tv,and dvd,wireless internet and outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand.Utilitys included with price.Built in 2004. Please bring your own paper products and extra towels. (We include one set of sheets for each bed, and six towels.)Parking for 1 large car or 2 small cars only

I rent to 25 yr old or older.

No Smoking Inside Rent from Saturday to Saturday.Can smoke outside.

Trailer parking available for bike weeks.

I DROPPED MY RENTAL PRICE $100.00 TO HELP WITH THE HIGH GAS PRICES and economy so you will have at least a lil more money.Ill be doing this thru 2010 to help you vacationers.

  • We vacationed at John and Angie's during bike week of '08. What a great time we had. Not only were John and Angie so incredibly wonderful, the place was great and very convenient. Everything was right there. It was definitely like a home away from home. The people in the community were so unbelievably nice too. Everyone just seemed so happy, well, we can see why, whats not to be happy about down there. We would absolutely vacation there again. For being our first time down there, we really lucked out. So relaxing, so quaint, just perfect for what we were looking for.... Thanx again for being so accomodating, and so very kind! We hope to see you again :o)

The location is far enough away from Mytle Beach you can relax, but close enough you can enjoy the Beach without all the stress of traffic and congestion, Very relaxing and enjoyable.   • We have been on many vacations and this place was by far the BEST!! It was the CLEANEST place that we've stayed at ever. Everthing that you could possibly need was already there; soap, tissue, towls/rags, sheets, pots/pans, VERY comfy beds - the list can go on & on, you name it, it was there.... It deffently was NOT like a hotel where you had to beg for a clean shower or towls. After leaving, we headed to Charleston & stayed in a hotel (YUCK!!) & woke up in BAD back pain from the hard bed, only wishing we were back at John & Ms. Angie's place. Honestly, you can NOT ask for a better place or better people. There are 2 things i look for - clean & friendlyness- both things were beyond WELL met. Plus, the price was really great, you couldn't even find a cheap/nasty hotel for that price. It was as if we were staying with uncle John & grandma Angie!! Don't worry if you can't find the place, John will come looking for you on his golf cart and show you how to get there, lol... We would go back in a heart beat!

  • Great place to be. I have been there 2 times in the past 3 years and plan to go back. Everything in walking area. The pools the beach a liberay, weight room. The people that live there make you feel right at home.The rental it self is so clean. Everything is there towel,sheet, pots and pans. All you do is show up. Thanks for a great time.

We felt that we were part of the family, and we enjoyed being around them. They were very respectful of our privacy, but attentive to any needs. Thanks John and Angie for making our stay fun.
