Pullout bed in the living room with amazing views of the desert and the Catalina Mountain makes the unit available for 4. Two flat screened TVs with cable and WiFi and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Enjoy the mild Tucson climate by eating on your deck and looking at the plush desert full of cactus and mesquite trees. Listen to the desert birds as you lie in your bed looking at the mountains. Unit faces the clubhouse and pool. The pool and clubhouse have barbeques and tables for you to enjoy your meals. I stayed in this condo with your 2 children for a week's vacation and so enjoyed the condo and the grounds. The condo provided everything we needed including the "ask for" high chair. The surprise basket allowed us to wait until the next day to go to the store to purchase our groceries. The pool areas were so nice with a grill and tables there for meals. Plan to come back again to this unit!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wow! I loved this place. It was done up really nicely (clearly all brand new) and super comfortable. My favorite part was the view from the living room (ALL MOUNTAINS!). We got in late and were pleasantly surprised to find a gift basket waiting for us with drinks and snacks. The place looked nice when we got in but it was even better when we woke up and found that the pool was just a few steps from the front door and the golf course was walking distance. We spent our first day hiking in Sabino Canyon (also very close) and hanging by the pool. We ate dinner on the patio watching the sunset over those gorgeous Tucson mountains. It was perfect! All in all I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and comfortable, easy access to everything we wanted and very relaxing. The location is very quiet and serene, great for vacation. The price is pretty good too. I would absolutely come back here!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Collerwoods, LLC (“Homeowner”) and _____________, (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1 Property. The property is located at: 6655 N. Canyon Crest, Unit 1208, Tucson, AZ. 85750 The property is furnished and includes linens, towels, blankets, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washer and dryer, widescreen HDTV in living room with standard Comcast cable, auxiliary cable TV in bedroom, DVD player, and wireless WiFi,. ____ (Initial) 2 Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of 2 adults and 0 children. By signing this agreement, Guest affirms they are at least 25 years of age. ______ (Initial) 3 Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 4 PM on March 2, 2014 (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 12 Noon on March 30, 2014 (the “Checkout Date”). ______ (initial) 4 Rental Rate, Fees, and Damage Deposit a. Rental Rate and Fees: b. Damage Deposit: The Guest will make a $200 Damage Deposit via credit card or check as agreed between the parties. The $200 will be refunded after the checkout inspection if there is no damage or excessive cleaning fees. Damage liability is not limited to this amount and any excess may be billed to the Guest and is immediately due upon receipt of bill. Damage may include: i. Damage to the property or furnishings; ii. Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning (including prohibited smoking) in the house, spills and stains on linen, floors, furniture, etc.; or iii. Any other damage caused by Guest or their party ____ (Initial) 5 Payment: Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require 100% of the rental and fees at the time of booking. Reservations made more than 31 days in advance require a minimum of 25% of the total rental and fees at the time of reservation with the remaining 75% due at least 30 days before arrival. If the outstanding balance is not paid in full at least 30 days before arrival, the reservation may be cancelled by the Homeowner with no return of any payment made. ____ (Initial) 6 Refunds: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, their payment will be refunded as follows: ● 100% if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the Check-in Date with 50% between 59 and 30 days. ● No refunds for cancellation less than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date. ● No refunds will be given after the Guest arrives. If the premises appear dirty, damaged or unfit for use upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately by telephone and Owner will be given the opportunity to correct any problems. A maximum $20 per day discount will be applied if any of the amenities is unavailable during the Guest’s stay (dishwasher, etc) If Owner cancels the Guest reservation at any time due to unavailability of the rental property for any reason the Owner will refund 100% of any payments made by the Guest to Collerwoods, LLC. Owner’s liability will be limited to the Guest’s payments to Collerwoods, LLC only. ____ (Initial) 7 Liability: Guest is solely responsible and liable for all actions taken by any member of their group while on the property, including any injuries, loss or damage of personal property, or other cause for a liability claim. ____ (Initial) 8 Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. About the owner: Pat came to Tucson from Indiana to visit me. The more we drove around, walked, worked out, hiked and explored, the more appealing Tucson became to Pat. I have lived here for forty years when I moved here from San Francisco and never wanted to go back! The easy lifestyle, the beautiful weather and access to hiking, walking, golf, swimming made Tucson seem like a year round resort. As Tucson grew on Pat, we decided to buy this property together.
Why the Owner Chose Catalina Foothills:
The Catalina Mountains are magical and breathtaking. It is unbelievable that these condos are placed here while keeping the desert so plush. The unit made us feel like we were on vacation with its active community and resources right at our fingertips.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Seeing the mountains from the living room, bedroom, and dining area is fantastic. The proximity to the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts was great as well as the path to the mountains. There are bike trails on the main roads which add to the safety. But most of all, just sitting on the deck watching the Arizona sunset will never be forgotten! In the winter when the mountains outside your bedroom window are white with snow you can ski in the morning and return in less than an hour for sunbathing, swimming and golf. Tucson may be the only city in North America where that can happen!
