Welcome to paradise found in Moontide B206. This large 3 bedroom unit is perfect for couples or families. Newly renovated in early 2013, this unit pampers you as your home away from home.
B206 is decorated to surround you in a bright and cheery Florida vibe. Far too many of the rental condo's we have seen are neutral and sterile. Our renters wanted something uplifting, fun and full of life. The minute you walk into this condo the warm colors will help you know it is vacation time. The master bedroom is huge. It has a king size bed and a large flat screen TV. The master bathroom has been completely renovated including a brand new fully tiled shower with bench seat. The middle bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have TV's. The leather couch in the living room converts to a very comfortable sofa bed allowing you room to increase your party to sleep 8.
The kitchen has also been upgraded for your enjoyment. To the foodies delight, you will find everything you need to make any meal. You can prep your favorite meals as you look out at the panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The 26' long living room is huge and well furnished with comfortable, durable reclining leather. This makes for a great place to lounge. Read a book, watch TV or a movie (we provide you a small library of movies or go to Red Box just a block away) on the brand new 51' Plasma TV.
The balcony has 4 'bar height' chairs and a table to allow you a very comfortable spot to relax, entertain, dine or simply gaze out at the ocean.
While at Moontide B206 you can be in the condo and see the kids to the pool (note: children must have adult supervision at the pool at all times). The unit sits comfortably above the pool for privacy but low enough to enjoy the happenings there.
Keep in mind, in the B building, you get both pool and ocean views with the convienience of being able to send your trash down the chutes at either end of the building. Renters in A must haul their trash with them back to the dumpsters below the B building. Another bonus of being in the B building is that as you enter and exit our condo you get the enjoyment of gazing west and seeing the estuaries of the Indian River and the Intracoastal in the distance. The soft chimes of the Catholic church across the street will provide an occasional musical backdrop. It is a delight.
B206 also has a full size washer and dryer to help ease on the amount of packing you have to do.
When staying at Moontide B206, you will get access to secured underground parking just like all the owners do. There are shopping carts and luggage carriers to make your check-in super easy. You will find that renters at Moontide come back for decades in a row. B206 is simply the best rental condo on the best beach in all of Florida. We know you'll love it as much as we do.

Even prior to us posting this property on VRBO, our on site rental office booked a last minute one week rental. The feedback from the renter (copied straight from their email): "Your unit has a great view of the ocean and was spacious and comfortable for our family. About the owner: We entered the vacation rental market 'by accident'. We bought my parent's house on Lake Erie, the sight of our 1998 wedding, in 2008. Until that time, the Lake Erie home had been open to family only. To help make our purchase more affordable, we began to rent the Lake Erie house. To our delight, the vacation renters have and continue to love it and care for it. We cannot be there all the time so it delights us to read the wonderful reviews people post about their time there. Hoping to be snowbirds someday when retirement rolls around, we opted to expand to New Smyrna. Having purchased B206 from a woman who lived there for 30+ years, we spent our first two weeks of ownership in what felt like our own version of an extended episode of extreme makeover. Through longs days, careful shopping and tons of TLC, we transformed Moontide B206 into a place we are proud to call our own, and one that we know (okay, hope) our renters will rave about.

New Smyrna is the jewel of all Florida beach communities. The laid back, gorgeous beaches, great history, incredible inlet, great restaurants, great art, and super watersports provide entertainment for all. When it comes to Moontide, the choice was easy.
