A spectacular great room with 12 ft. ceilings, porcelain tiled floors and eight foot doors, greet you when you enter the foyer. You immediately see the large and private pool area, through the sliders that go to the pavered lanai, with 5 burner grill. The heated pool is 14' x 30' with a 7' deep area. All major appliances and well stocked kitchen, for the gourmet cook. There are also 3 large screen tv's, one in the great room,master bedroom and media room upstairs with Bose audio. The sleeping layout: Master Bedroom King, Master Bath with heated whirlpool tub and shower. Bedroom 2 Queen Bed & bath, Bedroom 3 with full bed sared bath with Bedroom 2, Bedroom 4 , 2 Twins & bath. Media Room has Sofa pull out full bed and 1/2 bath. There is also a large 3 car garage, Wrap around porch area with golf and lake views. Wifi and cable tv, a/c included.

We stayed in this beautiful house for our holiday in March. The house was in perfect condition, clean, nicely furnished and has a large pool area! The location is also great, close to Mc Call road with different kind of stores and just a few minutes drive to the beach. A quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We have been to Florida several times, but this is definetly the nicest place we have stayed at ! Best regards Henriksen family from Norway.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
