We have opened the doors to our beautiful updated and CLEAN 3 bedroom and 3 bath Townhouse. There is nothing like sitting on the deck or in the dining area watching the river flow by. You will have a private entrance from outside were your two storage closets are.
Then enter the mudroom take off your boots and jackets and .....Enter our home away from home! First floor has a bedroom with a Queen size bed, three-quarter bath,gas fireplaced livingroom with 27"TV,VCR and DVD, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Along with lots of glass.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms both have there own bathroom. Yes every bedroom has a bathroom,it's better than at home. One upstairs bedroom has 2 sets of bunks with Full size beds on the bottom and twins on top.
The other bedroom has a Queen size bed and a large window looking out to the river and woods. Cathedral Ceilings on the first and second floor.TV's in both upstairs bedrooms.All bedrooms have been updated.
All wall to wall carpeting except in the kitchen and baths. And glass did I tell you about all the glass. Sit and watch the snow fall while a nice fire is going.
Sit out on the deck and relax while you listen to the river go by. Take a walk on the nature trails, skiing or ride bikes(bike rentals less than 1/4 mile away). Relax and enjoy yourself.
Once you are here you will not want to leave. I know we don't like to go back to reality.......We also have a condo one building away great for if you need two places during your stay.

Hi Janine, We had a wonderful time at your townhouse. This being the first time we rented from you we weren’t really sure what to expect but everything was exactly the way you described it in your website. The townhouse was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked…more so than my own kitchen. Having three bathrooms was great…no waiting in line. In addition, the DVD/VCR player really came in handy as we had a day of rain. We loved having the river right out back. The beach was clean and picked up and had more than enough chairs to accommodate everyone. The lake was also clean. The kids really enjoyed playing in it. Also, all of the people that we ran into at the resort were kind and friendly. It really is a nice, family atmosphere. Donna

Hi Janine, We wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time in NH. The weather on Tues and Wed was nice - somewhat sunny and warm - we did get some skiing in. It rained as we left yesterday...hope it didn't spoil the conditions too much for the weekend. Your home is lovely - perfect for our group. We appreciate all the special touches, and your calling to make sure everything was ok. We took advantage of the pool at the rec center - the kids loved that, and also purchased our lift tickets there saving some money! Janine, just to say that we had a wonderful stay at your house, everything was just right, the view at the back of the house was wonderful to wake up to especially after the snowfall. We really enjoyed the skiing especially after the snow on Wed/Thurs, we managed to fit in Bretton Woods, Loon and Cranmore and we would certainly like to visit again. My husband and I just want to let you know how much we love our Townhouse.It is always kept clean as though we are coming up to stay. We love the cathedrial ceilings and spacious feel of the place.The entire family likes sitting on the deck or at the dinning table looking out at the river. My favorite is waking up to the sound of the river right out side the bedroom window. Looking down at the river and woods. It is very relaxing and peaceful. We hope you will enjoy our place as much as we do.
